We were advised by a representative on the T Mobile call service to visit the actual store. Fast forward, we met the manager Jennifer C who was not only very pleasant and welcoming, but extremely professional, courtesy, understanding, attentive, and friendly. She handled our issue with ease, while explaining all of the details concerning the transactions taking place. She even explain in detail the breakdown of our account and call the call service in order to rectify the issues. While she was on hold, she conversed with us, which made us feel as though our time at the office was worth while and without stress. Jennifer C is an awesome example of a manager and leads by example. Thank you Jennifer. The other employees on duty, that day... were also extremely professional, polite and friendly. Although the air conditioner wasn't working for them, that day... which made it humid inside of the store, they all seemed to be smiling. Well, I was glad I did and despite this store being a little farther from me, this will be my go-to Verizon store from now on. It's that good that it's easily worth driving a little farther to get to. The customer service was excellent across the board. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rep who helped me - Matt - was perfect. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, and all around great. I made it a point afterwards that this will be the store I will return to in the future specifically for him. I actually have to go back soon to upgrade my own phone. The store itself is about what you'd expect - small, but comfortable. Neat, organized, and naturally all the latest devices are there on display and to tinker with. Depending on what you're looking for, prices are what they are. The charger was reasonable. The trade in/upgrade was also reasonable. The accessories - from the case to the wires were all reasonable. The added bonus was that my account was looked at and I actually got a little reduction in my bill (which was totally okay by me). Located in the Cortlandt Crossing mall, there's plenty of parking. I've tried most carriers and been to several of their stores - this was the best experience I've had overall and over the years, despite who the carrier was. Recommended if you're in need of their business and naturally if you're a Verizon customer. I will be back.

On this day it was adding a line and finally upgrading my "old" phone. This was in May, so I'm a little late posting this review. As usual, Matt was great and was a tremendous help. This location is a little farther from me, but totally worth it. Inside was clean, organized, and neat. They had the accessories I needed as well. Parking is in the rear - there are doors in the front and back for convenience. Overall another great experience with Verizon and in large part thanks to Matt M. I'm quite certain I'll be back.

I was promised that a device that was not in stock would be mailed to me, then found out that was not the case. I had to have someone go to the store for me because I couldn't make it. I contacted Sandeep to help out, and he was initially responsive and said he would straighten it out, but after he "straightened it out" my bills did not reduce AND I was charged a one-time fee of hundreds of dollars on top of not getting the discounted rate I was promised because he removedd my promotions (he said he had to remove the "wrong" promotions to get me the correct ones, but Verizon advised me that I just lost one promotion and my monthly bill would be the same inflated amount. The whole thing was 100% a scam and I will certainly never do business with this store again and recommend that no one go here.
