Alfredo is the Jedi Master of electronics!! The man knows his shit period!…read more I've always been weary of third-party repair spots, why? I have no freaking clue and no valid reason not to use a repair center like this place. Maybe I'm conditioned to take my products only to apple and let them suck every last dollar out of my bank account for repairs. Bravo to apple for making me think only they can fix my products but I'm no longer fooled by that marketing tactic. Thankfully I decided to trust that someone has the ability to repair my apple products other than apple. I took my iPhone XS Max in for some major repairs; front, back and battery. Alfredo was up front about costs and turnaround times. I was explained my options and dangers of trying to save a quick buck in the long run. I trusted the Jedi Masters recommendations and my trust was not ill placed. My phone was masterfully repaired and warranties explained clearly. I'm super grateful to have come across this business and will most certainly call again if I need any electronic repairs. I didn't realize they even do video game consoles so next time I get freaking controller drift I'll call to see if they can fix that type of annoyance that seems to plague new gen console controllers. THANK YOU for making mobile (electronic) repairs less stressful!

I stopped by with a used watch I purchased from a street vendor to see if we could jump start it. He spent a decent amount of time cleaning the watch, inspecting components and determined we couldn't repair it without insurance a new movement. That would be too costly for a used watch, but I really appreciated his efforts. No charge for evaluating the watch. He has a great display of unique mini clocks here and affordably priced as they are beautiful! I recommend this business for sure.

An unequivocal failure of service, professionalism, and accountability…read more Over the past two months, my packages have gone missing on eight separate occasions, accompanied by a persistent pattern of mail being delivered to incorrect addresses. These are not isolated mistakes but repeated failures to fulfill the most basic obligations of a federal postal service. Equally concerning is the conduct of this location's supervisory personnel, whose dismissive attitudes, discourtesy, and apparent unwillingness to address legitimate complaints demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and accountability. The degree of operational incompetence exhibited by this office is staggering. That such a fundamental public service can be administered with this level of negligence, while displaying such disregard for the residents it is obligated to serve, is nothing short of an embarrassment. This office will never receive another dollar of my discretionary business. Were it within my control, I would discontinue receiving mail through this location altogether. Unfortunately, residents are left with little recourse when the institution entrusted with delivering their correspondence repeatedly fails to do so. A thoroughly disgraceful reflection of the standards one should reasonably expect from the United States Postal Service.
