An unequivocal failure of service, professionalism, and accountability.
Over the past two months, my packages have gone missing on eight separate occasions, accompanied by a persistent pattern of mail being delivered to incorrect addresses. These are not isolated mistakes but repeated failures to fulfill the most basic obligations of a federal postal service.
Equally concerning is the conduct of this location's supervisory personnel, whose dismissive attitudes, discourtesy, and apparent unwillingness to address legitimate complaints demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and accountability.
The degree of operational incompetence exhibited by this office is staggering. That such a fundamental public service can be administered with this level of negligence, while displaying such disregard for the residents it is obligated to serve, is nothing short of an embarrassment.
This office will never receive another dollar of my discretionary business. Were it within my control, I would discontinue receiving mail through this location altogether. Unfortunately, residents are left with little recourse when the institution entrusted with delivering their correspondence repeatedly fails to do so.
