I asked, with a witness a minimum of 10x if they promised to me, I asked them if the $45 they kept going on about if I switched and upgraded would be the total of my bill ($90) for 2 lines. They repeated and we even hand shaked on it. I was informed they are taught to say what ever it takes for a sale. I sat for 2 hours, lost most of my data, didn't need a new phone upgrade, all I wanted was my bill lowered. Not only is my bill the same $207, but when I went in to complain the nasty comment to me was " well you didn't think you were getting a free phone, did you?" And I will have my store manager call you..gee not surprised I haven't heard back..good news T-mobil will buy out this plan and they are taking over Sprint..so hopefully you will all be looking for new jobs.

So instead of paying for 4 lines at $35 each (totaling $140) he switched me to 6 lines at $30 each (totaling $180) stating I didn't need to use those two lines and to ignore them - not clearly stating that I would be paying for them. I had to call AT&T to get this sorted out and will only deal with them directly from no on.

What a great guy and sales associate or tech. Joseph's customer interaction is natural. Although this was not a corporate store and Joseph did not waste my time, instead he recommended that I should seek out a Verizon authorized repair shop versus keeping me in the store trying to sell me something that I did not want. Joseph insisted that I wait for the new release so that I can have a choice of a new model versus what is already on the market. I don't find this fine quality and personal customer service from all Verizon techs, especially from an authorized dealer. What resonated most with me is that Joseph respected my time even though Joseph was eager to make a sale, he cared more about me being a satisfied member of the Verizon family. It is rare to find such quality and level of personal customer service from any Verizon techs, especially from an authorized dealer. It is too bad that I don't shop at authorized dealers because of a bad experience but Verizon- Cellular City East Islip has a jewel and his name is Joseph. I went from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16. The new phone is bigger with more storage, etc. It was backordered, and when it arrived, he transferred all my information to the new phone. He answered all my questions. Showed me the new equipment I would need. He made sure all my settings were updated and current. He Bluetoothed the new phone to my car. He was great. One Sunday afternoon, I stopped in to get a new phone case. John was already helping a woman at the desk. I offered to come back, but he said no, I can help you too. I sat down next to her and shortly thereafter, a third woman walked in needing assistance. No problem. John helped all three of us. 3 "mature" Long Island women were talking to John and each other simultaneously, and he never lost his cool. It was impressive!.
