So instead of paying for 4 lines at $35 each (totaling $140) he switched me to 6 lines at $30 each (totaling $180) stating I didn't need to use those two lines and to ignore them - not clearly stating that I would be paying for them. I had to call AT&T to get this sorted out and will only deal with them directly from no on.

After being a private company for a few years Cricket Wireless was bought by AT&T about a year ago. Since then I have seen them popping up all over the place! I came into this location and was greeted by a friendly guy named Sean. Sean reviewed all the plans with me and explained all current sales and possible company discounts when signing up. He transferred all of my information over to my new phone and answered all of my questions. The process was easy breezy! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sean was informative, patient and very professional. I would recommend anyone to come into this store for service! I hope the this company lives up to the awesome service I received in the Miller Place location! Go Cricket Wireless Go!

After years of comcast/Xfinity I was resigned to the fact that cable companies rip-off their…read morecustomers and are awful. Then I moved to Fairfield County, got Optimum and suddenly the world changed. They are great, they are affordable, they don't rope you into needlessly purchasing "triple play" packages and whatnot. If you want to save money, their internet only options are also surprisingly affordable. They're just a great company through and through. PLEASE GET NESN. I know, I know, I'm in Yankees country now, but it's still New England. Let's get some Red Sox on tv down here.

Too bad there's no room for a zero. Optimum has transferred the tasks which Optimum employees were…read morepaid to perform for the customer with their technicians e.g installing a defective cable box with a new one and bringing the defective one back to Optimum , back to the customer. Optimum has forced the consumer to assume tasks that Optimum technicians were paid to perform. This is definitely a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, not to mention age discrimination. If as a consumer I am now forced to hire someone to do these tasks then I expect to be reimbursed for that expense - how about about reimbursing me for all out of pocket expenses I incur for tasks optimum techs used to perform? This email will be forwarded to the government agency that regulates companies such as Optimum.

My experience here was nothing short of terrible for replacement of my broken screen. The people…read morewere friendly but clearly lacking knowledge, experience, diligence in handling customer needs in a timely manner and reliability in providing needed materials. I was here in total 5 times for one issue, my broken screen. All of that for my "replaced" screen which was claimed to be a factory screen, to break three days later. In "fixing" my phone, they ordered the wrong screen, forgot to or improperly reinstalled the earpiece, forgot to call to let me know the screen came in, left a note on door saying they'd be back in 20 minutes and I had to come back and more! Finally, the screen was replaced after they swore it was a factory/manufacturer replacement which obviously it wasn't after breaking 3 days later. Even if dropped lightly, there is NO screen that should break if indeed legit. I've had my phone 5+ years and dropped a ton and it didn't break until it fell real hard. So, for a screen to break after 3 days, that's ridiculous. I called to express my concern and they didn't offer a refund or replacement until i asked and then proceeded to say they would call back and they never did. At this point, i took matters into my own hands and have a new phone. DO NOT waste $160 on a new screen or support this business. Never again. I am disappointed - to say the least.

I asked for a replacement and was told I had to deal with Apple Even though the phone failed as soon as we stepped into the street. They also claimed I needed new phone numbers even though I brought 3 number over from Verizon. They did not port them over as they should have. Thankfully AT&T corrected the problem after many calls to them. I was told they were a retailer only and any problems should have been handled by the store. The store would not handle my problem and told me go to AT&T. Someone also told me this and a few other stores were owned by GameStop which I have yet to confirm.
