It seems like she had some psychological/drug problems going on because she seemed angry when we were greeted by her and she took it out on my mother and I. I don't know her name, but her hair was blonde, dermal face piercing, red tattoo on her neck and a snake tattoo on her forearm her behavior was excessive honestly, she needs to evaluate her actions and i recommend her talk to a therapist to learn how to control her emotions, i was stunned because we gave her no reason to react that way. she claims it's because my mother made a comment saying that their service is terrible but its the truth, she wasnt giving us any options other than a huge attitude in the beginning and how she reacted afterwards is concerning

Long story short, I end up transferring my services to Verizon 3 days after the beginning on my billing cycle, T-mobile refuses to give me prorated credits for the unused days... first they said one of my lines was still active until the second to last day of my billing cycle (how convenient) when I proved them wrong the told me the bill I was being charged for was from the previous month, also not true. At the end I was told that since I transferred my services after the bill already generated I am responsible for the whole amount regardless of if I use the services or not... I was a costumer for 8+ years and was never late on my payments, it's really disappointing the way T-mobile treats its costumers

I came back on a Saturday morning and thought I would have to leave my phone while I went to run errands. I was told 30 minutes.. waited just over 10 minutes. Got a discount and came back AGAIN after I went to the phone store to get phone case and camera protector. I found them to be helpful, chatty which made me come back and give them my money instead of the phone store. If you pay cash you can get a discount and also a discount on accessories. I'm all for supporting small businesses.

When I went back, especially since the screen was also glitching, they told me it wasn't covered under any guarantee. I ended up paying another $120 for a second replacement, and this time I didn't drop it at all. Within days, the screen started going black from the corner, even though the glass wasn't cracked. At this point, I'm out over $300 in less than two weeks, and they refuse to stand behind their work. Very disappointing experience.
