T-Mobile Tony this location's manager took as long as needed to explain all aspects of the plan, pricing, equipment, insurance and anything else we wondered about to ensure we walked out 100% comfortable with our change in carriers. He went above and beyond to help us find the best deal possible for our family plan. Super thorough in his approach to ensure nothing was missed or forgotten about. Even wrote out detailed instructions on the steps needed to be taken after the fact to link out existing Netflix account to our T-Mobile plan to take advantage of the free promotion. I was out traveling through town visiting a family member. I had T-Mobile and was having some issues with my connectivity after landing at the airport. A friend of mine suggested to take it to a local place once we got to their home in-town so I searched what was the nearest. When I went here though I had the worst experience. The person on site, Tony, got so upset and started making a scene. They were obviously dealing with some stuff outside of me coming in that day, but that's no excuse to start yelling obscenities at a customer and telling them to leave. I couldn't believe the attitude of the guy. Maybe you will have a better experience, but if Tony is anywhere near the building I would suggest finding a different store location, there are plenty elsewhere. read more

Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone. I ordered the new Iphone 11Max two weeks ago and was notified today that my phone was in. It was a great experience when I ordered it as the two young men working there were incredibly nice and helpful. I went in this afternoon to set it up and how fortunate was I that Anthony the manager was working today. He was so helpful and sweet that the whole experience was actually 100% relaxing and pleasant! That's a rarity when you get a new phone. This store is so well run and ALL of their staff is super nice and go out of their way for you. Great job T-mobile in Commack! You're fantastic!! read more
