I went to T-Mobile today on Thursday, July 27 to purchase a new phone when a worker was threatening and yelling at us with a screw driver in her hand. It seems like she had some psychological/drug problems going on because she seemed angry when we were greeted by her and she took it out on my mother and I. I don't know her name, but her hair was blonde, dermal face piercing, red tattoo on her neck and a snake tattoo on her forearm her behavior was excessive honestly, she needs to evaluate her actions and i recommend her talk to a therapist to learn how to control her emotions, i was stunned because we gave her no reason to react that way. she claims it's because my mother made a comment saying that their service is terrible but its the truth, she wasnt giving us any options other than a huge attitude in the beginning and how she reacted afterwards is concerning read more

Not a review for location in particular but T-mobile as a whole. Be aware of what you are being charge on your bill. Long story short, I end up transferring my services to Verizon 3 days after the beginning on my billing cycle, T-mobile refuses to give me prorated credits for the unused days... first they said one of my lines was still active until the second to last day of my billing cycle (how convenient) when I proved them wrong the told me the bill I was being charged for was from the previous month, also not true. At the end I was told that since I transferred my services after the bill already generated I am responsible for the whole amount regardless of if I use the services or not... I was a costumer for 8+ years and was never late on my payments, it's really disappointing the way T-mobile treats its costumers read more

Horrible service, the girl in the front desk didn't even welcome me in or offer to help. I wanted to do a trade for my old phone and didn't even offer me other options. Her attitude towards customer service is horrible. Never coming back here again. read more

DONT COME HERE This might be the worst t mobile on the island every time I work with them they completely screw up my phone or my t mobile account the girls don't know how to do they'er jobs and after they mess everything up you have to fight with t mobile for hours to get it right. this place sucks don't let them waste your time like they wasted mine. read more

Today I went to take my iPhone X to upgrade to iPhone XR. First the girls attitude at the counter absolutely sucked no wonder they have a 1 star review. In the middle of the transaction she told me I didn't have an upgrade which I did. So I had to call customer service and they straightened her out. But then she's on the phone with her manager for an hour about what was going on and who is doing what and I just told her I wanted to leave. Then they wanted to charge me a $50 restocking fee which then T-Mobile over the phone had to tell them to just return the phone back to me with no restocking fee. I joined T-Mobile because they had this military program. This place really made me feel like military wasn't appreciated and the customer service was way below standard. T-Mobile customer service was awesome he told me just to go online I would save $20 on whatever I needed to do and told me to have a great day and thank you for my service. I will be writing a letter to corporate about this experience and how disappointed I am. read more
