He was very patient, courteous and efficient. He explained all my options and suggested the best course of action for me and kept me updated with each step of backing up my old phone, the purchases process and setting up my new IPhone 7 Plus and told me about all the new features. By the time I was done I had a new IPhone 7 Plus with all my data and apps just like my old one with a vey fair price for all I received, phone, tempered glass, case and car charger. After my first one broke I went back and they over charged me for the a new phone. I just wanted a cheap phone to hold me over until I could get a good one. They charged me a 100.00 dollars and when I got home the same cheap phone was on amazon for 55.00 bucks. Less then 2 weeks later my wife's phone went. Once again I went back to this store to see if they could fix and they said it was not worth to fix it and I should just buy a new phone. I could not take myself to buy another phone from here and went to the att store about 2 miles away and got a phone from them. When I showed them my wife's phone the first thing they asked was if I dropped it in water. I said no why. They stated that the water labels were removed from the phone and also from the battery. We fix phones sold me both of the phones as new but as you can see this is not the case. BEWARE to all don't buy phones from this store or the one about a mile south on route 110 across from the mall.
