Store manager "Greg" was very rude. They only care about making a sale, any other assistance they refuse to go the extra mile and rush you out. If you talk on your cellphone in the store they tell you to leave as they have a no phone call in the store self proclaimed "policy". Save yourself the frustration and get the help you need at another AT&T dealer location. They want your money and nothing more. Wish it wasn't the case. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Awesome experience with Bryan. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with everyone's question. I took my family in to get new iphone 14's and the process was very easy to follow. Terrible Store. I declined not to purchase a phone. I went home and the less than useful guy disabled my phone. I had to go back, and he had to then add a new SIM card. He said it was my fault since I didn't purchase anything. So since I didn't purchase a phone he disables my phone and it was my fault. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. read more

000000...nothing but a zero or less. Manager has no work ethic ,lazy and the worst ever, ever, ever, ever etc.etc.etc. I have experienced in my 64 years!!!! No one else waiting in the store ,she started to help with a horrible attitude, said she was done but I still needed her help! She refused said she answered all my questions which she did Not! Picked up the store keys and said she had to go on break because she had been there asince 9:30. I said I still have questions can't u take your break when we were finished??? Which would have been quick if she did not have such an attitude!!!! Reported her 3× to corporate supervisors and filed a grievance report with a police officer that kindly came to the store, which will be sent to corporate and authorized owner at 6039 Jericho Tpk. Commack, NY She refused to give me her name and then refused to help me after 3 hours of waiting! Other customers were coming in and she never mentioned her break to any of them and overly kind patient and helpful...sweet as pie, all a show and an act because I was there watching her very closely and annoyed as I should be!!!! I intend to keep following up with AT&T Corporate and authorized owner, plus update police report in case there are any repercussions due to the fact she video taped on her phone as I was leaving most likely to get my license plate??? This girl should not be representing or working for AT&T...She needs to be fired instantly and hire a new manager that can handle the job, no attitude, helpful, patient, not lazy and the best customer service and strong work ethic!!! Horrible customer service. The store is always closed during business hours. I found the employee/kid in the back parking lot sleeping in his car. He told me to call the AT&T customer service line because he didn't want to help me or be bothered with anything. Very unprofessional, extremely rude & disrespectful towards my finance & I for no reason at all. I've been charged rates that weren't discussed & my bill went up more than it's ever been. Smh! Horrible service, horrible WiFi, horrible connection. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years but now I'm switching to Team Mobile because they are extremely helpful & don't lock you into a 36 month contract like AT&T & mislead you with false information just to make a sale & commission off me. Anyone who has AT&T should switch to another carrier/ anything is better than AT&T. They tell you what you want to hear when they should tell you the truth. Very unprofessional! My mother went to this store with a billing question and was told she would need to call phone support to get her pin. Understandable. But then when she attempted to call in the store she was told she is not aloud to make phone calls inside the store and was asked to wait outside where it was almost 90 degrees. There were no customer in the store at the time. She called anyway and as a result was asked to leave. They even turned up the music while she was on the phone! Needless to say when I heard this I called to get clarity. Politely asked for the manager and began asking questions. When I asked if it was the policy of the store to have a customer wait outside to call customer support, I was cut off in the middle and told there were customers in the store and hung up on. What the folks in the store did not know is my mother is 66, terminally ill and her car had no AC. This does not excuse their behavior and only goes to show you never know who you are dealing with. AT&T Corporate did right by her as our entire family have been customer for over 20 years but this location was a very bad experience and I do not recommend it! read more

Felt so comfortable working with him, as he was very honest about what our best options were, and what he recommends against. Don't think twice about coming it!
