I'm not sure why you would stop taking cash payments 15 minutes prior to closing. My bill is $600. That's $600 the storage is lost in revenue not to mention. I will never come here again. I am a current Sprint customer I went to the store to complete the migration for my I phone XR. The…read moreT-Mobile representative made 3 attempts to complete the migration process. When they could not figure out why my phone was still not working. The representative was told by customer care to re install my old Sprint SIM card back into the phone. After I left the store I was informed by a friend the phone is saying the subscriber is not in service. My phone was operating fine prior to the SIM card replacement attempt. I reached out to customer service and spoke to 10 different people including 2 supervisors. No one was able to figure out the issue. Now I can not make or receive calls after I completed the factory reset that the IT Supervisor advised me to complete. They wanted to upgrade my phone and charge me for the upgrade. They did not care my phone stopped working after they changed the SIM card. DO NOT trust this MIGRATION process with TMOBILE/Sprint Horrible customer service RUN!!

I paid $135 to get it fixed 3 weeks ago and when I called the the refused to repair it for free. They charged me the same amount that I paid 3 weeks prior. I wish I would have gone with a company that stands by their "quality" services. I am getting her iPad repaired by another company from now on.

We asked about the phones and were told he didn't know much about one and that was it. We had to look it up ourselves. Then he tried to change all 6 lines to different plans because according to him it wouldn't let us add another line without doing so, we'd go from unlimited to not and it would be an additional $25 a month. Nothing made sense he was only trying to benefit himself we ended up making up an excuse to run out of there! We went home and found out we can add as many lines as we want without changing anything and we already have a few of the discounts he was saying we would get. Joe was Very shady!!!
