I am honestly exhausted trying to shop at this Target. The aisles are consistently a mess -- random items left everywhere, carts of merchandise abandoned throughout the store, and overall very poor organization. My family and I even noticed an old Starbucks drink sitting in the toy area and joked that it seemed like it was always there. Sure enough, we returned eight days later and the same drink was still there. The toy section clearly hadn't been cleaned in over a week. There is absolutely no pride being taken in the condition of this store. The icing on the cake was checkout the other night. The cashier was rude, didn't greet me, and barely spoke. When I handed him a coupon that didn't scan, he asked another employee, who said that if it didn't match, they wouldn't take it. I explained that it did match and showed him the K-cups, but the cashier refused to look or compare them and just said, "No, it doesn't." He then threw my coupon away. When I asked for it back, he huffed and acted annoyed. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. As much as I shop here, I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it yet. This Target is in a pretty good location. Central to most things. Ample parking. A pretty efficient curbside service offering. I normally order online for delivery or curbside. I probably visit here at least 2 times a week. Their return process is very customer friendly. The staff is always very professional. If I could I would give this location a negative star review. The store is and has been a disaster for months now. There are full shopping carts all over the store of go backs that have been there for months. Nothing is clean or organized and you have to step over and maneuver around stuff piled on the floor and down aisles. You can't find what you're looking for because you have to dig through all the random stuff on the shelf that doesn't belong there. Employees are checked out and rude. I was RACIALLY PROFILED!! I did not feel welcome to shop here at all. I feel like I was racially profiled just for asking for a bigger sized shopping bag after I paid. JENNI At self check out was verbally aggressive with me when I asked her to re-enter my phone number because it was incorrect. She urged me to use a barcode when I prefer to manually enter my phone number. JENNI told me that "I do not trust her" , When I have the right to have my own customer experience. Target Mcdonough used to be a clean , well organized store. That is no longer the case . The place was trashed when I went in today. I normally go about once per month to get wine since they have 10% off 4 bottles or more. So today I went, and I always check the sign to see if the discount is still available, I realize things do change even though they have offered this for a very long time, the same sign was there. I shopped for several other items and went to check out , I put my phone number in and thought i would see the discount coming off , it did not. I told the cashier the sign was still there , she just looked at me as if she didn't know what to do, so I told her exactly where the sign was so she could look. She never came back another lady showed up and said they could not give the discount period no explanation. She then said so do you want these items ( which totaled to 110.00) Just in the way these people conducted themselves, and i was not being rude at all, I said no I did not want anything. I asked a security person for the store manager she said the manager was not there. I called cooperate office they just took the information and my email. ....I guess 110.00 dollars doesn't mean much any more. read more

I decided I wanted to go to a Target outside of my neighborhood do I chose this location because it is a Super Target meaning it has a full line grocery store. The grocery section is just strange. I can't put my finger on it but it always seems to just not have what you need. That had nothing to do with this particular store that's just their style. I quickly moved on from that section because it was a waste of time. For the most part the store was super quiet and deserted. It was close to closing time so the there was barely anyone walking around in there. The store was organized and did not have merchandise all over the place. I was able to get what I needed. These companies really need to quit having one person on a register late at night. It's dangerous floor them and highly annoying floor the customer. Think about it. read more

First time at this Target location and it will definitely be one of my favorite targets its soo big, organized, and bright(of course). literally ONE STOP SHOP! I took my time to look around and got a few goodies, lol. I can't help myself. I don't live in the area, I was visiting a friend and decided to find a Target on the way back home soooo glad that I did because this Target was awesome! I have been going to this location for years! Where do I begin? Last year they renovated this location and the place looks outstanding. I mean it's so spacious and they have so many great items to choose from. I have recently loved their online delivery. Not trying to sound too cheesy but it's the best thing since sliced bread. I actually can't wait to go back on the site and by something else. I even prefer their clothes versus their competitor Wal-Mart. It's a complete 5/5 for me. I am one happy camper! read more

I have gone to this Target for years; and can almost always find what I want. EXCEPT for in the produce section. It takes me forever to find what I need if they even have it. Yesterday I went for some fruit, and to my surprise they were all stocked up on strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc. As I searched for the right blueberries, I went across 4 containers with mold growing on The bottoms (ew) which made me skip rows over every time. Once I finally found one that had no mold and were relatively hard looking- I got home tonight to find that they were tasteless, soft and overall disgusting. I really like this Target! Now before I start, I never usually buy any groceries from Target period. They have mostly everything you need, from home items to holiday items. It is very clean, and the service is very good. This place is way cleaner than any of those Walmarts near here. I have some real problem at those Walmarts. But here? Never had any problems. I recently visit I had to get a diaper genie and couple of things before I'm due to have my baby. Card machine wasn't working so the guy sent me to customer service. The girl that helped me opened up like three cashiers the card machine was still acting funny. She stopped one of the cashiers line just to get my things scanned. I really appreciate her customer service so much not to many people like her would have done that. I wish I knew how to pronounce her name or even spell it she was fair skin black glasses curly hair. I was here just two days ago, and yet again they literally switched up everything. Today I came in looking for cream cheese and butter. I walked the entire food side for 20 minutes and couldn't even find a single employee, aside the two that working the register. So I finally find one in the middle. I ask him where to find the cream cheese, he tells me under the dairy sign. I went back. Nothing. Then go towards the front. Finally find another lady I ask her and she tells me it's in one of the fridges in front of us that is next to the self check out. I ask her where, because let's not forget I just looked like 5 times. She doesn't find it. So she tells me they never took it back out of the other fridges due to the remodel. Excuse me? I was in need of a collared polo styled shirt one Friday evening. I thought there would be uniform shirts for girls and women, and they didn't sell them. I stopped an employee named Anzlette( I'm sorry if I spell if wrong) to ask about the items. She told me that I could find them possibly in the men's department. She stopped what she was doing and walked me directly to the items in the men's department! I haven't had that type customer service in years!! When time to check out, I had to use self check out. The printer was out of paper and the gentleman was quick to respond and replace the paper roll . What a huge Super Target! Clean. Neat. Orderly. It had everything. I liked the electronic section that has the games for different gaming systems out where you can look at the backside of the game. They are cabled where you can't take anything, but that was quite nice that you can actually hold one of the game packs to take a good look at it. I wish I had one of these in my hometown. read more

If I could give this store zero stars, I would! I have been shopping at this Target since I moved to this area(about 9 years ago). I've never been treated so poorly! I want to start off by saying that this Target has been recently remodeled and they have changed everything around. So it should be expected for a customer to look around a while until they have found what they are looking for. Anyway, I went there for my usual Friday "Target run". I only went here with the intention of purchasing a dress; however, when tried the dress on, it didn't fit. I go and put the dress back on the clearance rack myself (there was no dressing room assistant). Visuals of other merchandise catch my eye(as it should in retail). I move over to the new makeup counter and hair care counter to look over the new merchandise. As I'm looking, I notice a guy in a blue Target shirt walk in my directions. He starts talking with the girls at the counter but I notice that it's small talk about nothing pertaining to work.The girl at the counter never spoke to me. She never asked me if I needed any help. She just looked at me from the corners of her eyes. I go ahead and pick up a highlighter (makeup), some conditioner for my hair, and razors. However, as I'm moving from the different stations, this guy in the blue shirt is following me and watching me. I go to self checkout (as I always do) and pay for my merchandise with cash. As I'm walking out, he request to see my proof of purchase! And wanted to check my one little bag! As this point I'm furious! I allow him to check but I made him aware that I KNEW he was going to say I was stealing or trying to. I went right to customer service and demanded a full refund! You will not take my money and then accuse me of stealing! Management gets involved and so does the lead security guard (Antonio). He goes on to say that they can check people "at random", but only during certain times of the day????? I'm now dealing the corporate office to handle this issue. He didn't give me reason as to why I was "randomly" selected. It wasn't random. He was watching me and following me. The experience will definitely keep me from giving my money to the company ever again! read more

The most rude & aggressive mgmt staff I've ever encountered in my life I tried to do a price match (which their website says they do). After talking to the first guy he said he had somewhere to be and walked away. Then I was told Devin wld help. Devin spoke to me briefly then said he wld be back and I never saw him again. Finally I spoke w/Drew who was very rude & aggressive & said he refused to do it because he didn't want to, even if it was Targets policy. He called another man over while he continued to snap at me & told me I had to leave. I felt very uncomfortable & didn't know what they would do if I didn't. I got the manager Eric's card & was told I could come back & talk to him. After waiting for almost an hr. while he finished lunch he came out w/another man & briefly listened to my daughter before snapping at her saying no he wouldn't do the match & he didn't care what the policy or anyone else said. Worst inventory management system I have experienced at any Target. Always empty racks and shelves. What's left behind is either opened or beat up. Whoever or whatever is in charge of their inventory management system needs to be replaced. Worst target I've ever been to and this is the third time in a row I've had this issue at this location.
