This is my go to location for furniture purchases. I actually was here because I wanted. The cushions are on my sofa replaced. They have a customer service area in the back. And once there they will use your contact information to pull up your order and see if they have any of the parts available, unfortunately. The sofa that I purchased a few years ago. There was no longer parts 4. Which was fine. I was really glad that they were able to help me write linen and there, and I didn't have to keep running around trying to figure it out on my own. The Acceptance Now Loan company at this location is not a good option I had an emergency surgery in April 2024 and have been dealing with this company since May 2024 and the manager Ameria has the worst customer service and told me she basically does not care at all and will not honor the 100-day loan and even though I contacted in the same month ( May 2024) trying to make final payment they told me to put in a claim I did on 05/13/2024. The claim was finally paid out on 06/27/2024 i have been calling and talking to them numbers of times and Ameria never told me they paid out to make the final payment I had to call and let her know I know AS OF NOW... So my items cost $3,330 at the every beginning i paid $1300.00 before the 100 days. After the 100 days they added interest which made it $2,880 to pay out. After the claim of Benefits Plus was paid out which was $915.00. I want you all to know that this is a true story. After reading the reviews, I decided to share my story On Sunday, May 17th I went in RTG, store #1711 in McDonough Georgia. I purchased a dresser, mirror queen headboard, queen footboard, night stand, a dining room set with 4 tables. Total bill was $3,000.00 (which was paid for in full at the time of purchase). Also included was set-up fees. Furniture was delivered to me on Friday, June 5th. One chair broken (which was replaced on Friday, June 26th). The Slats and hardware were missing. I was told by the customer service department that they would have a delivery team come out on Friday, June 26th to complete the bed. I received the hardware from USP without being notified from RTG. The following week I received another delivery from USP without notice (slats). On Wednesday, June 24th I contacted the customer service department to inquiry about the delivery team coming out to put the bed together. I was told by an customer service representative that she would contact the delivery team manager to ensure that the bed would be put together and she would call me back (that never happen). I called on Thursday, June 25th follow-up on the conversation, I was told by another Customer Service Representative that there Call Center calls were exetemly busy, which I understood, because I was on hold for a hour. I expressed to her that it was very rude to tell me that. She also stated that she couldn't guarantee that the delivery team would be able to put this bed together. I received a call from the Customer Service Department on Thursday, to confirm that the delivery team would put the bed together. On Friday, June 26th the delivery team arrived and of course they had no order to put the bed together. I asked the delivery team to contact his Manager. That Manager informed him that if he would put the bed together and he would be paid for it. The delivery team attempted to put the bed together and discovered that the slats were for a King size bed. I called the RTG Store #1711 and asked to speak to a Manager. Manager came to the phone, I tried to explained to the Manager that the order was wrong and he said he couldn't do anything, it was out of his hands once the order leaves the store. He offer to transfer me to the Customer Service Office, without trying as a Manager to assist me with my situation. At this point I have had it. I called the Customer Service Office, again, and was told that she would have the slats overnight to me for a Saturday, June 27th delivery with a delivery team there to put the bed together. Really, it never happen. I HAVE BEEN WITH A BED SINCE JUNE 5TH. All I've been given was apology, after apology, still no bed. Want my money back, that's not going to happen. Told me they would compensate me for $50, REALLY. No bed for a MONTH. Oh, I almost forgot the good part, the Customer Service Representative informed me that I could measure the bed and take the measurement to a Lowe's Store and have them cut the slats to the right size, REALLY! Did they forget that I paid $203.00 for delivery and set-up. NOT TO MENTION, ANY COMPERSATION FOR INCONVIENCE ME FOR ONE MONTH. read more

Stay away! Unprofessional and lacks ethical business practices. We purchased $7,500 worth of furniture. When it was delivered they damaged our brand new house. We had multiple walk throughs and looked at every square inch of the house so 100% certain they did it. We called in late August when it occurred. They wouldn't return calls or repair our damage. Finally my wife got ahold of them in October, almost two months after the fact. They told her she was a liar and that they didn't damage our home. All of which is untrue as we know for certain they did, it's a brand new home. The lady who called my wife a liar basically said they would do nothing for us, but would send us $125. My wife, tired of fighting, took the deal, even though it won't fix the damage. Beware of this company. They won't stand by their products or services. Wish I could give them zero stars. Not happy!!! My furniture was delivered yesterday. My son was here to let them in. They literally told him they have two pieces and he said ok. The brought the two boxes with my couches in them into my living room and left them there. My son didn't realize they were leaving as the couches need to be assembled. Once someone finally did help it took a while before everything was finalized on my exchange. I got the delivery Wednesday. Pub table with bench/chairs. I opened the blinds in my kitchen and wiped down table for first time... noticed many scratches all over table. It's dark color table so I couldn't see as good with just kitchen light on. But with extra light and wiped down table I am mad. I spent all this money for a scratch up table. Very disappointed in services received at facility as well as final product. I have always thought rooms to go was a reputable place with excellent customer service, I was wrong. The first time they delivered to my home a few years back the messed up the tempurpedic I bought. I let it go because mistakes are made sometimes. The only thing excellent about rooms to go was my salesman Allen. He was attentive, helpful and very professional when I bought my things on 4/30/2018. Unfortunately after purchasing my items it all went downhill from there. I set the deliver for 5/12/18. Almost two weeks for them to put everything together. On 05/12/18 the delivery guys got there and when they unpacked my items, they told me that the legs for my couch were missing and that was normal. He stated they would tell him to come back out to install the legs. That rooms to go would call me immediately to fix the problem. The delivery guys were also very professional and very good and fast.That did not happen, after calling the customer service line and had to do their call back system I called the store directly. I spoke to a manager who told me they could not fix the problem because they did not have a warehouse and could do nothing. He gave me a number (wrong number) which went to a bank. I had a family member go to the store for me since I live far from where the store is and they told him they would give him a $50 dollar rebate on a $2500 purchase. I told him to just not worry about speaking to rooms to go anymore. Three hours later I finally received a call from customer service. I explained the problem. He told me the legs for the couch would be ordered and sent by UPS. I asked if it would be overnighted because they made the mistake and he told me he did not know. I asked him if he could give me a ETA on the package and he said he didn't know. Fast forward to 05/15/18 the legs have arrived at my location. One of the legs is chipped, it appears the screws were thrown together because there isn't the same screws for all four legs. Needless to say, still no call from rooms to go to install the legs on the couch. I paid for a service and they have not completed it. After spending a lot of money here over the years and referring several people to this company, I will take my business elsewhere from now on and keep people away. read more

We got doorway delivery, furniture was delivered all wrapped in plastic. When we went to unwrap furniture we discovered it was the wrong furniture. We called immediately and they seemed very unconcerned. They said we could use the furniture and they could exchange it in a couple of weeks if we wanted them to exchange it. If they had an efficient system they could have contacted the driver and rectified the situation right away. Instead they have at least two unhappy customers since we received someone else's furniture. Then he tried to tell me ours was on backorder. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came to this place. The buying experience was pleasant. The delivery, is another story. At the store, I let the employee know that I have a special needs son and schedules are important in our house. That being said, I said I either need a smaller window that 7am-10pm. They said, when they schedule the delivery 48 hours in advance, they will give you a 4 hour window. Sounds good to me. Day of delivery was not so easy. My time was 1-4. My special needs son gets home at 3:30. At 3. I get a call, "the driver can't make it until 7, is that okay?" I was irritated, but happy they kept me up to date. 7pm comes around, don't forget the original time was 1-4, no calls, no delivery. My son is confused about the empty living room because the old couch is gone. I have to call the 1-800 # because the dispatcher called me from a place that closed at 3:30 (no wonder she called to give me a heads up, she was leaving so I couldn't call back). The 1-800 # representative said, "drivers have until 10pm to deliver, is says in the contract." I am irate and press that red circle with fury. I read the contract and if you cancel the order before it's delivered, you forfeit 80% of the furniture. That's why they schedule it at least 72 hours after you purchase the furniture. I'm past the 48 hour window and I am having regrets going to this business. They cancelled my delivery at 9:48pm. Customer service closes at 10pm. They screwed me really good. Not taking two days off of work. Shop at your local furniture store, where the furniture is coming from GA. If you need credit, the local companies finance too. Stay away from Rooms-to-Go. Horrible customer service! It's quite funny they have a customer service line that has a team staffed with unprofessional employees who do not have one clue about customer service. The bed I purchased from them less than a year ago has broken twice now while sleeping and they do not have any sense of urgency even though I'm sleeping on the floor. I have taken time off twice on this last occurrence for them to fix my bed and they never come at the time they promise or give their courtesy call. I purchased a bedroom set from Rooms to Go in McDonough, GA. I had a positive experience in the store when making my purchase. The furniture was delivered by Rooms To Go. The bed was assembled in our home and the mirror was attached to the dresser by the delivery persons. The dresser was placed against the wall as requested. We recently had to make a plumbing repair in the wall and slid the dresser away from the wall to make the repair. At this moment I noticed an area where the wood was crack. It resembles an attempt to add a nail or screw that was forced and cracked the wood. While under warranty I contacted customer service to report the damage. This was late February or early March. The representative stated that they are not scheduling technicians out at that time due to COVID-19, however, they are scheduling appointments for May. The technician was scheduled for and arrived at my home on May 16th. He took a picture of the damage and told me when to expect a call from customer service to discuss the next step. I spoke with the customer service representative on May 22nd, who informed me that I was no longer under warranty and they, Rooms To Go, will not make any repairs. I explained that I was under warranty when I called to schedule the appointment and Rooms To Go delayed scheduling the appointment due to COVID-19. I explained that my warranty should be honored and the damage repaired as the delay was no fault of mine. The representative stated that she needed to share with her supervisor what I had explained to her and that someone would give me a call to follow up. As of today June 6th, no one has reached out to me as a follow-up to my May 22nd conversation. Therefore, my damaged furniture from Rooms To Go remains damaged and no attempt has been made to right this wrong. read more
