This is my go to location for furniture purchases. I actually was here because I wanted. The cushions are on my sofa replaced. They have a customer service area in the back. And once there they will use your contact information to pull up your order and see if they have any of the parts available, unfortunately. The sofa that I purchased a few years ago. There was no longer parts 4. Which was fine. I was really glad that they were able to help me write linen and there, and I didn't have to keep running around trying to figure it out on my own. Unfortunately, things that I sold that rooms ago. Don't stay in inventory very long. So parts are not usually available after 1 or 2 years.

The handles fell off the furniture. We heard they add on unnecessary furniture insurance. No wonder.

Shop here at your own risk. I don't care how nice the sales associates are, you'd be better off…read morewithout furniture from here. Sales associates have NO CONTROL over your delivery. I don't care what they promise or tell you. You will get automated texts from a bot about your delivery and if there is an issue the person you talk to is not in the US. Going to the store to speak with a manager doesn't help because they don't have the authority to fix your issues. They will promise $ off but they CANNOT CONTROL ANYTHING REGARDING DELIVERY. Walked in 1/6 purchased 4 items never got a receipt emailed because I already had an open account. Delivery supposed to be 1/9, moved to 1/10 for no reason and canceled the day of at 4:53am. Who sends automated texts the day of delivery canceling it? This company tries to bait you into buying something and they knowingly mislead customers on the availability of items knowing good and damn well their weak signal a$$ iPads don't and can't provide real time information. Once I had to request my receipt I noticed the dates next to my items were 1/10 and 1/13 which indicates WHEN those items will arrive at the warehouse. My delivery was changed because the items were not in stock. Second when I tried to cancel the item that seemed to be the cause of my delays, the incompetent sales associates couldn't figure out how to do it and rather than COMMUNICATE that, your order gets cancelled. I gave the manager Julian and entire day to fix this with NO ANSWER and 3 bot messages trying to get me to confirm an item I requested to be canceled via text, phone, and IN PERSON. TF I gotta do? If going into the store doesn't resolve the issue there is NO RECOURSE FOR THE CONSUMER. Let that sink in. 3 years ago I had the same experience when an item I ordered was discontinued and it took forever for me to prove I never received it. Delivery guys showed up like 5 hours late the night before Thanksgiving. Heed the reviews, delivery personnel not the type of people you want in your house. You better have a man a gun and a dog in your house (yes all 3). I'm so glad I never confirmed another delivery and requested cancellation of the entire order. Gregg H. Absolutely not worth the damn headache over some furniture. At ALL. Should be ZERO STARS.

Update as of November 3rd, management has not called me regarding my refund which was requested…read moremore than a couple of times over the phone and my visit to the store on October 14, 2023. The manager on the floor asked the receptionist to make sure I would receive my refund on November 17, 2023. I strongly suggest one shop elsewhere than Ashley in McDonough. Tiki C
