Shop here at your own risk. I don't care how nice the sales associates are, you'd be better off without furniture from here. Sales associates have NO CONTROL over your delivery. I don't care what they promise or tell you. You will get automated texts from a bot about your delivery and if there is an issue the person you talk to is not in the US. Going to the store to speak with a manager doesn't help because they don't have the authority to fix your issues. They will promise $ off but they CANNOT CONTROL ANYTHING REGARDING DELIVERY. Walked in 1/6 purchased 4 items never got a receipt emailed because I already had an open account. Delivery supposed to be 1/9, moved to 1/10 for no reason and canceled the day of at 4:53am. Who sends automated texts the day of delivery canceling it? This company tries to bait you into buying something and they knowingly mislead customers on the availability of items knowing good and damn well their weak signal a$$ iPads don't and can't provide real time information. Once I had to request my receipt I noticed the dates next to my items were 1/10 and 1/13 which indicates WHEN those items will arrive at the warehouse. My delivery was changed because the items were not in stock. Second when I tried to cancel the item that seemed to be the cause of my delays, the incompetent sales associates couldn't figure out how to do it and rather than COMMUNICATE that, your order gets cancelled. I gave the manager Julian and entire day to fix this with NO ANSWER and 3 bot messages trying to get me to confirm an item I requested to be canceled via text, phone, and IN PERSON. TF I gotta do? If going into the store doesn't resolve the issue there is NO RECOURSE FOR THE CONSUMER. Let that sink in. 3 years ago I had the same experience when an item I ordered was discontinued and it took forever for me to prove I never received it. Delivery guys showed up like 5 hours late the night before Thanksgiving. Heed the reviews, delivery personnel not the type of people you want in your house. You better have a man a gun and a dog in your house (yes all 3). I'm so glad I never confirmed another delivery and requested cancellation of the entire order. Gregg H. BEWARE- False claim SCAMME ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE, CUMMING, GA : went to Ashley furniture store and the mattress section supervisor Tyler showed us the mattress DreamCloud per our mattress firmness requirements. We tried it for long, and found this exact to our satisfaction. I was told Ashley has Comfort Gaurentee for 30 days and the mattress comes with 10 years manufacturer warranty as well. Store representative told us that I can let them know if the mattress isn't per expectations and they also allow a 1 time replacement with reselection option on the mattress we were buying. When we got the mattress, we had it left to expand for 48 hours. When we slept on it, first day itself it was dipping the body down softer than the mattress we tried at store. Same experience for 3 days. I reached out to the store, and went in person to show pictures of proof that the mattress that was delivered to me was not the same standards and firmness that we chose. The store manager said he put in request for approval for a 1 time reselection and replacement. But someone from Ashley customer service support called me and claimed Ashley furniture store WILL NOT REPLACE/ PROVIDE ANY RESELECTION or resolution to this issue, and that there wasn't anything else to be done for us. They said they can send out a technician to measure the dip, if it is more than or equal to 1 1/2 inch , only then they will consider a manufacturer defect. While the store has sent us a mattress that's not per their claimed standard of what I selected in store, I'm now left to lose $1700 dollars within 1 week for their nasty fraudulent claims and promises of customer service gaurentee! read more

If looking for a great shopping experience, this is the place, however, if you're looking to get your furniture in a timely manner or if ever, then this isn't the place! The sales crew in McDonough were AMAZING, yet the problem is once you've purchased your furniture, well that's where the problem comes into play. You're told one delivery date, yet that day comes and goes, no phone call, heads up or anything from Ashley. My husband actually had to call as we purchased our furniture mid November and was expecting delivery December 29th. Once he spoke with someone at the McDonough store, they informed him there was a delay in the company who makes the furniture, something about the wood that was used and assured us that delivery should be Feb 21. So, this morning my husband received a call from the delivery crew that only a partial delivery would be made today and next week sometime we would receive our other furniture. He declined partial delivery as this is TOTALLY unacceptable!!! We've been waiting since NOVEMBER! I'd like to think that we're pretty patient, however after being told time and again when we're going to be receiving our furniture, I'm beginning to think that Rooms To Go isn't looking so bad. Mcdonough store and corporate is so horrible!!! I will never do business with them again. Purchased a king mattress from them it was delivered slept on it for a few days and it had a strong chemical smell to the point where could not even sleep in our room. Warranty inspector came out deemed the mattress as defective. Corporate LIED AND SAID it was not defective once I finished going back and forth about that issue, they sent out the same mattress again it had the same smell declined that delivery. Corporate approved to get a different brand mattress then the store tried to charge me a delivery fee for the new order and a restocking fee . No one was helpful no empathy from management no follow ups I would never do business with them again I also will be closing my credit card. I was charged $600 for a service that I told the salesperson (Mary) that I did not want. You will be Frustrated/disappointed/annoyed and the experience will leave you questioning yourself asking why didn't I just go someplace else to buy my furniture? On 8/29/21 purchased a bedroom set from Ashley's home furniture store. The sales woman recommended doorstep delivery. I was not even aware that this was an option. I received the 3 items on 10/1/21, in boxes in my Garage. The delivery drivers was in such a rush to drop off and leave. My husband opened the dresser box half way and there was a large crack in the top trim of the dresser and a long deep scratch on the top of the dresser and a drawer that they tried to repair. We then left the box halfway open and went to open the chest boxes and lone be hold there was a dent on the side of one of the chest and the top of the chest had shifted and was not even with the other end so it does not line up flushed on the front of the chest. We contact customer service as soon as the delivery men left. We was told to send pictures which we did and someone will call and let us know the next step. 3 days went by and we never received any calls and decided to go back to the store. A lady at the store looked up our information and she said we had an appointment scheduled for 10/7/21 for a technician to come out and repair the (NEW damage furniture), they dropped off that is still in the box in our garage. The tech came out and submitted his reports of the damage and even pointed out more damages on these same items that are supposed to be new. I explained to him we didn't purchase repaired furniture. We purchased brand new furniture and paid full price. The tech told us to call the warranty company, we did, then they told us to call customer service we did and it was very frustrating explaining the whole story just to hear the representative tell you in short I will create a case number and someone will call you within 72 hours or longer because we are very busy. We then ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, she then told us they are all busy and no one else could talk to us. We continued to go back and forth with her of how frustrated we are with the whole process and she finally then told us to hold on and came back and said I'm transferring you to someone else. The person that came on the line was very, very, rude and unprofessional and dismissive. She was basically telling us that is the policy, and her title is highest person in the office . She stated that her name was Darrien, and I'm the only one in this office with that name. So if you don't want to have another technician to come out to try and repair that same (New damage Furniture) that we delivered to you, there is nothing else we can do to help you and you will just have the keep the items just like that, and you can't return them. I was appalled to hear how ridiculous this sounds to me, and I let her know that. Currently experiencing absolute terrible customer service regarding the delivery, and setup of my new living room furniture that was damaged in delivery. The delivery team delivered the items, did a rapid setup, asked me to verify the delivery for the specified amount of furniture and departed my house immediately heading to another after hours drop off. I noticed that the furniture was damaged only after they left my house. UPDATE: The technical inspector came out on Tuesday to inspect the damaged and factory defects. He corroborated my claim, and submitted the report. Today, I received a call from some (Ashley Furniture) entity who didn't introduce herself by name, but proceeded to inform me that [they] will send a repair technician to fix the torn fabric. At that point, I informed her that I refuse to accept any sort of repair to the furniture, and that I would only take a new exchange for the ensemble I recently purchased. She was very indignant about my requirement and hung up the phone before I finished my statement. I will not accept the abuse rendered by any persons or subsidiaries of Ashley HomeStore,. I purchased a bench to go at the foot of my bed just like the display at the Ashley store in Douglasville. I was recently moving to Georgia from another state and informed the agent. Upon payment I discovered the bench had to be parcel posted to me and I would have to assemble. Well by the time I officially moved 30 days had passed. I attempted to put bench together to discover pegs and holes don't align. I call Douglasville store. They tell me to call corporate store who tell me no replacement can be honored after 30 days and they will send a technician if I want but item will not be replaced. How can technician repair without damaging. No refunds, no replacement, no standing by their product. Never shopping there again. $278 lost. read more

Horrible Experience I purchase a bed, mattress, and a bench back in Sept. 2020. I have contacted customer service several times about missing parts for my bed. I was told someone will bring the parts to complete it. I have had delivery guys come out 4 times and my issues is not fixed. One set of delivery guys was just sitting around playing on their phones and after they realized they were missing parts decided to go play a game of basketball with my son before making their next delivery. The next set of delivery guys had some parts but not all the parts had the nerves to ask for a TIP. I feel was very unprofessional let me make that decision. After going weeks without having all the parts to complete my bed and constantly being lied to no TIP was going to be given. The next set of delivery guys came to complete the bed without parts they had to call customer service To let them know that parts was still missing. Which I had call them several times prior to them coming out. I spoke with the manager at the store about be compensated for my troubles she stated to me she would issue my delivery fee. Which I haven't received it yet and it been over 10 days. I did receive some parts in the mail but still missing the headboard support bar. I will never purchase from this company again. I hate to really even waste my time writing this review. But if it saves any of you the grief we just experienced then it'll be worth it. We moved here in June and stayed with family while our new home was being built. We purchased a whole house full of furniture and spent $11,000 on August 12th. Fast forward to yesterday October 30th when we went in and canceled the whole thing. I just don't have it any me to write every single thing out that happened. But the clincher was after waiting 2 1/2 months for our furniture and was told we'd get our delivery of everything Friday. Then to get a text and recorded message that due to the hurricane we would be postponed until November 13th. We don't live where the hurricanes occur and it was beautiful weather here. I completely regret my decision to walk in the store and purchase furniture not only did my furniture come with an unpleasant odor but it also came broken to which I had to wait about two weeks for someone to come look at to be told that they will fix it if they think somethings wrong so basically I paid for defective equipment that they'll just come and repair. I called and was told that because of my issues they would escalate my concerns and someone from their corporate would be calling me within 24 hours it's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything I'm also expecting to have a baby in less than a month so dealing with this is extremely frustrating. I contacted them the very next day I got my furniture to complain about cracking in my bed frame and the odor but still nothing has been done and no one has called me to rectify the situation. Two days after receiving my furniture I came back to the store in person even though I don't live in the city where I purchased the furniture to speak to someone, apparently I was speaking to the manager who never identified herself as a manager or anything and really wasn't very much help at all withmy issue. Again I would not ever buy anything from Ashley furniture again and I would advise other people to stay away and not waste your hard earned money on this cheap trashy furniture that smells like terrible chemicals. Update: I purchased this furniture June 23 it is August 7 and I am actually due to have a baby tomorrow and I still have broken furniture that has not been fixed or replaced again do not purchase from Ashley's furniture. The damaged furniture and poor delivery AND the after care resolution regarding damaged furniture. I really wanted a sectional and 3 piece seating set but I don't need the hassle. Location, store and salesman all were great. The deal that was worked for my bedroom set, second to none. Overall my experience with the store was great, very thorough and pleasant. So to be clear I had no problems whatsoever with the store staff or the deal that was made for my furniture. The issues arose with my delivery. I'll just say I purchased close $8K worth of furniture for a mater bedroom set. The guys show up and get all this massively heavy furniture into the upstairs bedroom. Come to find out my oversized chair came with no legs. They guys call customer service and we are told we have to wait for 2 weeks for the legs to arrive in the mail! Unacceptable. A few moments later one of the guys come downstairs and says "the chest of drawers has to go back as well because of damage." Again, unacceptable. So now I have an oversized chair with no legs and no chest of drawers to complete a bedroom set I just purchased for $8K. Not sure how you conduct QA at your warehouse before shipping out orders Ashley but this a real inconvenience for consumers. Recommend any future potential customers consider the information being posted about this cooperation. I work very hard for my money and when I spend it on goods such as these I expect to be treating with top notch service. Just saying "sorry, and we will put your parts in the mail" is terrible customer service. In addition to that delivering damaged furniture is just poor poor management. Good location. Bright and large with a lot of inventory for every room of your home. There are deals to be had and our salesman, Marcus, was a big help. However my biggest issue is with the other reps. I was supposed to get my furniture delivered on the 14th. Upon drawing up the paperwork, they couldn't bring it out until the 24th!!!! Needless to say , miraculously, they had an opening on the 14th. I will not go to this location and shop again. This is one of many issues. Worst service, I would never buy anything from that place again, so I bought a bunk bed for my kids and when they came to drop it off the first time. The head broad was broken so they took it back but told me they would bring it right back but didn't mention I would have to reschedule and wait for another week. Since I couldn't get a refund so I agreed. So when they came by the second time, they started already giving a little attitude and when they builded the bunk bed they half fast it and left the screws in the closet. Upon delivery, I was told that my bed set was missing screws and cant be put up. I called to find out when they will fix it and was told that they will come the next day. Went in to order a buffet cabinet for my kitchen. I was assured that it would be delivered and set up on Sunday. It was delivered but they could not set it up because the cabinet was sent with the wrong hardware to install the shelves. I paid an additional charge for this delivery and set up. I told them I had to have it by Sunday and no later. No problem, they said. Now I have to wait until the additional hardware comes in the regular mail deliveries and do it myself. I'm capable of doing this but I paid for them to do it. They are not answering my calls and say leave a message, we will get back to you in 48 hours. In the meantime I can not finish setting up my kitchen and I have guests arriving tomorrow ( Monday). I would have bought elsewhere had I known. I can't even get someone to talk to. My husband just got through on another line and they said that they don't do delivery and set up so they won't refund me the delivery and set up fee! Oh my goodness! Never use this store! I'm disappointed to say that I purchased a bedroom set from the store in McDonough, GA. I will state up front that my experience is so bad, that I filed a BBB complaint. I'm still working through the complaint process, but I felt it was necessary to warn others. The furniture delivery and setup were problematic, not only did they deliver the wrong base for my bed, but it was not properly set up. It has been almost one month since the purchase, and I cannot use my bed safely or have the base I purchased. Their customer service is abysmal; I'm coming from the north side of Atlanta and this level of unprofessionalism was mind blowing too me. The store manager finally contacted me last week and promised to help resolve my concerns, but to be frank, this was after three weeks of constant calling and pleading for assistance and the complaint. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have never stopped in this store back on August 12th. I was moving into a new place on 8/17, & decided to buy all new furniture. I ordered a bedroom set, an adjustable base, & a dining room set on 8/13. The adjustable base delivery was set for 8/21, it came on time with no problems. The dining room chairs & bench were set for an 8/24 delivery, but the dining room table has a far out delivery date of 9/25. The bedroom set all had a delivery date for 8/24 as well (headboard, footboard, chest, dresser, mirror). The third party delivery company arrives 8/24 90mins early with NO dresser. He shows me something in his phone that says "dresser: 0." He gives me the # to corporate. The guy who answered at corporate was so lackadaisical & unprofessional, I'm trying to figure out how he even got his job. He gave me 3 different excuses w/n 5min: the dresser was out of stock, then on backorder, to the delivery guy left it off of the truck & forgot it at the warehouse. The delivery guy was upset because he said he didn't leave anything. The guy at corporate was supposed to be transferring me to the store but had me on hold for 25+ min. I couldn't get thru the store myself so I called corporate back. This time they transferred me directly to a person at this McDonough store w/ no delay, a woman named Sophia/Sofia in customer service. She was pretty uncaring & rude, and told me that my dresser wasn't delivered due to COVID! How insulting. No one from the store to corporate to delivery guys take any accountability, & they all sound unsympathetic, like they're reading from a script. I drove down to the store from Buckhead & arrived 30mins before close. Sophia is gone, and her coworkers are saying that doesn't even sound like her and she's so nice. Even more insulting. The sales guy I purchased the furniture from was magically too busy to speak to me. Some store manager was supposed to call me back the next day and were supposed to have my dresser delivered either 8/26 or 8/27. No one called me back 8/25 so I ended up spending a couple hours trying to call the store back, only for yet another store manager to tell me the dresser can't be delivered until 8/28. Oh, and a giftcard for $150 store credit (refund of delivery fees?). Here it is 8/28. The delivery guy calls me at 4pm saying he's around the corner, but that my product packaging looks damaged, and do I want him to still bring it? Sir, why would you wait this late in the day to call me to tell me this? He said he didn't have to call me at all and was doing me a courtesy and doesn't want to waste his time coming if I'm going to refuse it. I said bring it so I can see it. They arrive, & I see why the packaging is damaged: they didn't even use a ramp to take it off the Ryder truck! They slid it off! 2 workers. The other worker says based on what he can see the dresser looks used. I looked inside the box and it was sloppy, but I did see some scratches, and some Chinese lettering and papers. The driver/caller was so rude and said so what are you going to do? I said take it back. He made me sign something saying "customer perception refused" no, you two told me it's damaged and used and you didn't want to waste your time (sounds like they're trying to get off work early on a Friday). He sped out of my complex so fast and recklessly. I call corporate once again. She said it's 1 more dresser at the warehouse but she has to call me back tomorrow to see if I can get it. I won't hold my breath on her calling back. She also said 90% of their items are shipped overseas from China and get damaged in Customs. So why still deliver it to customers? Just scam us out of money, huh? I would ask for a refund except I have everything else in the set. I really regret ordering my living room furniture from there on 8/24 bc it's not supposed to be here until 9/10. This is an ABSOLUTE TOTAL NIGHTMARE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! HUGE HEADACHE! They're only nice long enough to take your money from you. Avoid at all costs! They have zero regards for your time, who wants to sit around 7 different days during the daytime during the week waiting on incompetent deliveries? My bedroom set was $5500, dining room set $2000, living room set $2000. Atrocious! Thank goodness I had the sense enough to order my daughter's bedroom set from elsewhere! OMG!!!, I guess the rating stars speaks for its self. For this to be One of Tops of the line furniture store, I am so surprised at the customer service there. My son purchased at Bedroom chair there on sale for 175.00, Reg 300. They called stating it was a computer problem and it's showing my son paid 140 and he owes 90 something more dollars. He gave the receipt showing he paid the total price and the balance was zero. They did not honor that and the manager argues me down. Frist a customer is always right she didn't even try to see what could happen...so disappointing. A gentleman came from the back he was so helpful he remembers me coming into the store. also, it looked like someone fraudulent initial my son's name saying he gave 140. My husband and I purchased a new dining set from Ashleys on June 14th with a scheduled delivery date of June 30. A couple of days before the 30th we received a text with our delivery confirmation which lead me to beleive they were organized--- WRONG! On the 30th, we got another text with our window of time for the delivery, between 4-7 as we were stop #12. Off and on during the day I tracked the progress of the truck, and it seemed to be going normally. At 6:00 we had not heard anything, but knew it could be up to 7:00, so we had our supper and continued to wait. Finally at 7:15 we checked the tracking and it shows our furniture had been delivered!!! So the next morning we each spent half a morning trying to reach someone. If you call coporate office, you are on permanent hold and the online chat is robotic and said I needed to call the store. I sent a text thru Facebook, all in vain. Finally, someone called my husband and said they rescheduled delivery for Thursday and gave another window of time. On Thur, here come the delivery, within the time limits. I was pleased until the wrong furniture was brought into my house! I explained that was nothing like what we ordered and it was put back on truck and the driver said he had called the warehouse and someone would be calling. I asked for warehouse number and was told to call the store. So my husband and I headed to Ashley to cancel the whole order and while enroute a very nice man named Jason, who was some sort of manager/owner of the delivery service called and asked what was going on. After explaining the experience, he said he would have it delivered that same evening but probably around 7. We agreed but told him if he couldn't follow thru, not to reschedule as we would get a refund. We went in the store and explained this whole story to the salesman who sold us the furniture as well as the office manager. I told her I felt we should get a refund on the delivery fee as it wasn't delivered as promised. She agreed and the fee was refunded, which I really appreciated. About 7:00, here comes my furniture. It was brought in and the legs were put on the table and it was exactly as I had ordered. Very pleased. And I thanked the 2 gentleman for taking the time to come out in what appeared to be their personal vehicle. I have no complaints with my furniture. There is a huge lack of communication between store and delivery and is next to impossible to speak to someone. After this experience, we will never purchase from Ashley's again. This was our first, and last time. It's a shame as they have some really nice furniture, but I don't want to live this nightmare again. read more

No returns for any reason. If it doesn't fit with your decor, too bad. But, the worst part is that they don't tell you upfront, it's hidden in the small print. Then, one of the employees was very rude and sarcastic on exiting, like a final kick out the door. read more
