I purchased jeans for my son at another location but attempted to exchange them at this location. When I walked in I was greeted by a young Man who was very professional. I walked around the store to find the item I wanted to purchase for my exchange. When I got to the Register, the same person who greeted me said he was not going to service me... I looked confused and stated I would simply call corporate and let them know. I am assuming he was only joking but was not expecting my response. After I told him I wanted to exchange an item he said it would be a few minutes.... Well 15minutes later I am still waiting for the Manager to do my exchange. A shipment arrived and the manager could not do my exchange. I then asked is their someone else who can complete the transaction, he said no. I took a lost and left the store without getting anything accomplished. I believe this rule should be tweaked and more than 1 staff member should be able to complete an exchange. This is my opinion. The store is well stocked with a variety of trendy items.

I found the same size bottle of the cologne for a cheaper at Ulta and decided to purchase it instead but I was unable to cancel my order at Macy's due to the item had already shipped to the store. Once the order arrived at Macy's I was notified to pick it up on 12/22. While at Macy's store pick up area in Morrow. Ga I told the employee that I decided that I didn't want the cologne and I wanted a refund due to finding it at a cheaper price from a different store. The employee stated I had to go ahead and sign the receipt stating I picked it up but I could leave the product with them and call customer service to ask for a refund. The next day on 12/23 I called customer service about my refund and the customer service rep stated I should receive an email about my refund and I never received anything from them. In January I decided to try to get my money back through my bank, after 2 months worth of investigating my bank stated I had to contact Macy's because they were stating that I picked the item up but in reality I DID NOT! I've tried contacting them 3 different times and each time they have gave me the run around and I just want my MONEY BACK! MACY'S AT SOUTHLAKE MALL IS HORRIBLE AND I DO BELEIVE THE EMPLOYEE THAT HELPED ME THAT DAY TOOK THE COLOGNE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT IN THE END!! I JUST WANT MY $302.00 RETURNED TO ME ASAP!!

I stop by from time to time to pick up a blouse or sweater to complete and outfit. I will tell you that a lot of these items only last 3-6 months tops. Then they need to be either thrown away or given away just depending on how many times you've washed it. And NO. Dry cleaning doesn't seem to help with the life span of these clothes. :)
