Old Navy - Women's Clothing Near Me - Mcdonough, Georgia

I went to return an outfit. I was displeased because the zipper broke before I even had a chance to wear it. I was hopping to take it back to the store and exchange it. Unfortunately, they weren't in stock. *insert sad face*. I opted not to get anything else BUT the customer service I encountered was impeccable. There was a middle aged, black guy who assisted me. My apologies for not getting his name. He was filled with personality and professionalism. He turned my frown upside. (Remember the frown is from them not having the outfit in stock... Stay with me ). I appreciated his assistance and he offered other suggestions as well. Prices here are very affordable. Sometimes the clothes shrink, depending on what you get. But I continue to win with their denim. This Old Navy is conventionally located off the interstate with other shopping and eateries. Parking is abundant. read more

I have been in this store several times and have had a great experience. The only problem I've encountered is that items that say there were on sale were not. I was advised that it was most likely moved but hey did adjust the price which made me happy. I like this location better than the Morrow one since it's around more businesses and makes for a one stop shop. I will return. :) read more

I wish I could say nice things about this store. The sale signs are so misleading that it is frustrating. They did not honor the signs for me. Just a mess and the cashier actually had a conversation about me in front of my child with another associate and customer while I had stepped away from the counter. They need to watch their behavior. Management is horrible! read more

From what I understand, the Morrow Old Navy location pretty much just packed up and moved to this new location. I like the location now seeing as it is so close to so many other retailers I frequent, but it just isn't the same shopping experience that I had at the old one in Morrow. In the women's section, the clothing is almost always on the wrong size hanger. I'm a plus size lady so I get really excited when I actually see a hanger that says XL or XXL, but 90% of the time, the garment on the hanger is actually a small or medium. I have had a very hard time finding anything larger than a medium in this store, which isn't a problem that I ever encountered at the last store. I told an employee about this issue when I was checking out, and she just smiled at me and said something to the effect of "oh yeah, that happens sometimes!" which really isn't the response I was looking for? I've been here 4 or 5 times now expecting that things would get better, but they haven't. I'll keep coming here for basic items like leggings and tees, but I'm really frustrated by the sizing problems. On the plus side, I love the fitting rooms--they're bright and roomy and have plenty of hooks to hang things on inside. read more
