I stopped in T-mobile located @ 2019 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA 30253 to get an Iphone 14. My old phone was a samsung galaxy note 8 and the motherboard in it went out. They were extremely helpful and assisted me with the whole process. I got the phone activated without any problems and they were attentive to my inquiries. I believe the staff here is close and I sensed comradery between the associates. My experience here was great! read more

Worst customer service experience ever. I was told by the representative that I could call around and check to see if they had a phone available. So I'm guessing they don't have access to look up availabilities for phones or don't need any customers. I called the one 800 number to report the customer service rep which she was very unbothered and I went back into the location with my phone on speaker. The rep on the other line said that was rude exactly so disappointing. Been a customer with T-Mobile for at least five years never would have ever imagined I would receive this kind of customer service. read more

This was my first time going to this location and I was VERY skeptical because I do love my home location. Well this store absolutely blew my mind. Lindsey is amazing!!!! She worked with me for over a hour. Very kind and very patient with me. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years and this was the best experience by far. I am a current Sprint customer I went to the store to complete the migration for my I phone XR. The T-Mobile representative made 3 attempts to complete the migration process. When they could not figure out why my phone was still not working. The representative was told by customer care to re install my old Sprint SIM card back into the phone. After I left the store I was informed by a friend the phone is saying the subscriber is not in service. My phone was operating fine prior to the SIM card replacement attempt.  I reached out to customer service and spoke to 10 different people including 2 supervisors. No one was able to figure out the issue. Now I can not make or receive calls after I completed the factory reset that the IT Supervisor advised me to complete. They wanted to upgrade my phone and charge me for the upgrade. They did not care my phone stopped working after they changed the SIM card. DO NOT trust this MIGRATION process with TMOBILE/Sprint Horrible customer service RUN!! read more

I stopped in the other night to get my sons phone activated at this location. It was last minute, about 30 minutes before close. Lindsey was the associate who helped me. Hands down very professional and courteous. She definitely made the experience a breeze. It's not everyday that you find customer service associates who are generally concerned with the quality of service they give you. In fact it's very rare. When I first came in she had a customer but still was able to get to me in a timely manner. Although it was almost closing time, she still gave me undivided attention. She is a very focused customer service rep who cares and it shows. From the moment I entered the store, to the point of activation. She gave me full attention to make sure I was offered the best service possible. Thank you! I will definitely return for any future needs. I came in to look at some products and a possible update and upon entry was not greeted then I was not informed about signing in anywhere. Eventually after I was asked y name to put on the list I was seen AFTER people that arrived after me. Clearly I had been there before them because I made eye contact with two employees. After waiting over ten minutes another customer was greeted in the manner EVERY customer should be and asked to sign in and have a seat. I was not offered a seat even after this. An associate was calling names and then called my name then immediately went to another customer without even stating someone would be with me shortly. If this is how customers are treated I don't think I want to be dealing with them in person. Over the phone customer service is usually better. Ridiculous. I wasn't rude or impolite but was treated as such. Do better. read more

They are super busy & super helpful and paying great attention to every customer that they serve. They are very efficient. You never find another T-Mobile store that has this level of great customer service. They even come over to our nails salon and serve their customers (our customers too. Had to get a replacement phone two weeks ago. Went to the T-Mobile on HWY 20 and although they were very nice and friendly, it took forever not to get serviced but transferring phone data (I'm not a selfie-taker, videos on my phone are nonexistent, and I don't call or know many people), putting the screen protector on, and even scanning the new phone into the system so I could simply purchase it. This is why I only get a new phone every six years. Anyways, I went to a different T-Mobile where I was immediately greeted by the two sales associate, Lindsay and Blair. Although there were only two of them working, they were multitasking and handling the customers like they had superpowers. Lindsay helped me set up my new phone, transfer all the data, and had the screen protector on in less than thirty minutes. Needless to say, I was impressed enough to take the time and write this review. Lindsay stayed professional no matter who walked in that store with whatever attitude they had because their phone situation took precedence over everything and everyone else. But most importantly I appreciated how she provided above excellent service, was knowledgeable, and got me out of that store in the quickest way she could. read more
