I went into the store today to return their WiFi equipment because I no longer needed the home internet. I had the worst interaction with their sales person, Daisha. She was rude from the moment I went into the store for the return. She told me that I needed to wait until I received a label from T-Mobile because I had cancelled the home internet. I responded that the sales person over the phone said I could return it in the store. Daisha told me that if I cancelled service that I had to wait on the label. She did all this before looking at her computer. I asked her to check to see if I still have service and lo and behold once she checked her computer I still have service until April 6th. This set the tone for our interaction. She was rude the whole time and not once spoke or apologized for the fact that she was wrong. When she had to go to the back to get some return stickers, she yelled for the entire store to hear, "Lord Jesus, 6 o'clock can't get here fast enough." That was when I had to tell her as I was leaving she was the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. T-Mobile doesn't have to worry about my business ever again id that is the type of employees they hire. And to add salt to the wound the manager did nothing. read more

The rep that helped me got the job done. The problem was the beatbox loudly overwhelming the regular T-Mobile music with lyrics about disgusting sex acts on a bed under a mirror. I was in there midday with my 10 year old son. Luke 17:2 is taken very seriously by many. If T-Mobile continues to allow this I pray they lose all the business that is possible. In an area where fast internet like Xfinity, Spectrum, or AT&T isn't an option TMobile Home internet saved the day!! My wife works from home and we would much rather stream on our TV's. We changed from Verizon to T-Mobile, and we're really glad we did. We've been in the store 4 times and have found the people to be really enthusiastic and helpful. When we signed up, there was a big problem because we had placed a hold on our credit reports so unauthorized people couldn't get to them. Unfortunately, T-Mobile rightfully requires a credit report to set up an account. I had to go back home to get the information to lift the credit freeze. By the time I came back, the store had already closed, although I didn't know it. Danny waited while I took care of the credit report and then proceeded to get us all set up with everything. He happily answered questions, showed us phones, etc. Then I realized that the store had closed and we tried to hurry out. He explained that while I was gone, he had let people know that he was going to be late coming home. The bottom line is that I would have expected him to tell me when I left to get the report that I should come back the next day. However, he knew we were leaving for a trip to Colorado then, and he wanted to make sure we had cell service before we went. That kind of service can't be beat! read more
