Laptop fix: Anthony could have easily told me to go buy a new laptop or sell me one of his for my son but he was honest, gave technical responses in non-technical fashion and recommended exactly what was needed & didn't over sell. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one). Anthony listened to our broken explanation of the issue, asked appropriate questions to quickly diagnose & followed up in a very timely manner. When given the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, he didn't do that. We will be back soon.
