Let me say that the customer service was amazing without pressure, I am a tough customer and a bit of a pain when it comes to what I want. I was so happy that I wore the shoes out of the store. The knowledgeable staff was a wonderful experience and a comfort to help in the situation at hand. I valued this as a blessing, and I still am completely satisfied. Store never has more than 4 customers yet the ppl working can't do anything. Can't pull up online order, accept online order, review online order. Email clearly says take to the store and scan- they can't. Frustrating to be yo-yo'd between phone and location. Went twice and still no resolve. The managers very good at telling you what they can't do - don't have. In the world of online shopping I can easily return online but I came to the store to buy more items, size things. You sell warranty but no brochure - everything online. You send me online when I'm in store. Ppl wonder why they don't have jobs and retail locations are closing it's because of workers like the managers there - Samira, Rosemary and Marcia (probably fake names) cause they can't write that down or give out a business card or any identifying information either. The store is always laid out nicely and there's rarely a tone of foot traffic, thus it's a peaceful shopping experience. The women who work in the store are always helpful and offering to look items up or start a fitting room as soon as they see you collecting items. I appreciate that they give attention without being pushy or overbearing. This store operates like a small business, in that there are only a few of each item in the various sizes and once they're gone it can be hard to get it. So, I will often find that the item I like most is no longer available in my size. The prices are moderate to high, so most clothing items I saw today were priced $40-80 each. The sale racks (off-season/summer items) were priced at $25/item (mostly shorts and tanks in small sizes). Their fitting room is so spacious and inviting! It's probably my favorite fitting room of any store ever. Bottom line: the store is hit or miss but it's a cute store and a fun shopping experience. Sometimes I leave with an item or two and sometimes I leave empty-handed
