Waited over an hour to order my phone, then waited two hours to pick up the phone but left cause I didn't want to wait any longer. They never answer their phone and send you straight to Verizon customer service. When I finally had an additional two hours to pick up my phone I was met with attitude for no reason. The Verizon store on 30 and 41 is 10 times better. This place is a 3rd party company to Verizon so any issues you have Verizon cant help you and you have to deal with this place.

Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. I had to call them only to find out that they couldn't fix it and I had to go back and pick the bad phone up to send in for replacement. The same tech helped me both times. He was a bit arrogant and cocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION AGAIN due to his arrogance and lack of communication from the store letting me know the status of my repair. Poor service. Poor attitude.

We've been here a few times now and customer service has been fair, I just wish they could stop telling us that a game is splitscreen co-op just to put the disc in and find out that it is not. That's happened Twice so far, once with Dead Space 3 (XBOX live co-op only) and Doom 3. Lori B. and I were slightly perturbed after those slip ups...
