Ryan a Customer…read moreService Rep was GREAT! he took care of me & asked while my phone was being transferring over to the new phone, if I would mind him helping another customer while we waited, I defiantly did not mind at all. When my phone finally finished transferring, he had to do 4-6 commands to get my ICloud passwords straighten out, I was not able to do this at home. (I tried) BIG SHOUT OUT TO RYAN AGAIN! keep up the good work.

hi so i took my switch here a few months ago to fix my broken screen. and they fixed some of it but…read morethey bought the wrong part. that's not why i'm writing this review. my left joy-con rail stopped working when i got it back. now it's asking me to slide both joycons in and my left joycon wont register making my switch useless. either they forgot to plug in the ribbon cable or they broke it. by the other low review i assume they also might of taken some of my parts and didn't put it back. something else i want to add is that they made the screws very tight so no one can open it. hopefully nothing bad happened.

The folks at CPR have done a lot of work for me over the years including recently replacing the…read morefront screen and battery on my wife's iPhone 14 ProMax. Few months after as I am replacing my wife's screen protector when the whole screen on the 14 ProMax comes off and I get two white lines across it when I try pushing it back in its place. I take it to CPR who gives me lip service about dropping the phone, blah, blah , blah. None of that happened. I just peeled the old screen protector off. I take it to another shop who look underneath the screen and discover a loose screw which was " probably never tightened up all the way" according to the tech and prevented the screen from settling in 100% , so when I pulled the screen protector off the screen came off with it. I then called CPR again with this new information and got more of the blah, blah, blah bs . Disappointed but I will replace the screen and life will go on but I cannot and will not give them any business again.

Called in, spoke with technician, he ordered the part immediately, texted me when the part arrived. 40 minutes after dropping it off at the shop, I was told the screen was replaced and he phone was ready for pickup. Quality work at a great, fair price.
