So I called aire serve and had a technician come out and he told me my capacitor was bad again. But this time he said it won't be warranty due to "lack of maintenance". i told him i am a tradesman myself so i do my own maintenance and asked why would that void the warranty. He stated because it was dirty behind the back panel. Ok but the other 3 panels in his pictures look clean. So since 1 side of the a/c unit is dirty the warranty is voided? Than he told me he can warranty it only if I buy there cleaning service for $272 buy if I didnt want the cleaning it would be $315 to fix the capacitor.That is absolutely ridiculous and is extortion at its finest. You mean if I dont buy your cleaning service you will not warranty it but if I buy your cleaning service its under warranty. so its technically under warranty than right? They said no and to pretty much give me no option. I tryed to contact someone but the lady that answers the phone knew nothing and was no real help once theres a problem. I asked to speak to a manager/boss and no one knew where he was or when he will be back. I asked for a call back and never recieved one. I gave them time for them to call and try to make this right but insted i was ignored. Once you have a problem seems like they dont want to resolve it.Sad to see this company has gone downhill and pray on people without a/c knowing you will but whatever they tell you. The staff here are wonderful people and they are always accommodating for even the person who is confused by the process. My neighbor waked his mom here and I saw first hand how well they were treated and how very professional they do treat everyone. Its still a bit of a 70's feel but nonetheless, what they lack in look (although it is tastefully done and very clean) they make up for in service. And I can appreciate how they can make a person who has died still look alive. (I once did make up for the dead so I can spot the ones who care) and they do so care here on how a person looks. My advice is though, always take them several photos of your loved one and if possible of different angles, this helps in the process of tonality and actual realness.

I eventually found the entrance after 5 minutes of looking and once inside, no one else was there, the woman (same one from the phone) didn't even bother to get up to greet me. She was rude and unpleasant. The truck was located a short walk away and even when asking her instructions it seemed like a big inconvenience for her to look away for her computer. She was downright brusque and impertinent. I was able to get the keys and the rental was fine, except that they try to trick you by not having the gas filled all the way, to which you have to add more than you used to get it to the right spot in between 3/4 and full. They should just have you top it off, not the way they have it, seems shady When I returned the truck, once again was greeted with an attitude (from the same unpleasant woman) when I asked how much the charge would be. And although, once again, there was no one else in the office, she claimed she was too busy to do the check in right now. I left and did get my charge confirmation a few hours later via email. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this location because of the woman who showed so little concern for customers and made it feel like a privilege to speak with her. I have used other U-Haul rental locations but never one like this. I advise you to avoid this location like the plague as the woman who works there couldn't be more rude and inconsiderate. I found the same was true for the new location, plus now somehow my reservation changed from what I originally booked, after I arrived. The team member offered me $15 for the inconvience. When I arrived at the final location, the lady on the phone told me she'd call me back in $10 with a code to apply for all the hassle. We waited with no call back, the lady in the office told me to let the office know were I drop it off at, they would take care of me and that I could finally get on the road after 1.5 hours from my original reservation time. She also charged me for 40 miles and 24 hours when I only needed 3 hours and 15 miles. When I dropped the uhaul off the location told me to call the lady on the phone who was sending me to all these locations as they can't help me either. When I called she was no longer there and the gentleman told me he couldn't help me either. So I follow up today, get transferred to 3 different ladies, one of whom had to set me straight on the how's of uhaul operations. When I asked for a recording she transferred me to corporate. Still on hold as I am writing this review..... 43 mins and no one can help me. No one knows what's going on. This sounds like Worst uhaul experience of my life. This location was one of the locations I was sent to that told me they couldn't help me. Since no one from uhaul can help me, I will be leaving this review st every location I had to go to.

I am only leaving two stars as opposed to one because the system did lower our radon, but the other issues were unacceptable. I deeply regret my decision to use NWI Radon and Environmental for radon mitigation. I had initially contacted A Plus Radon Solutions for mitigation, but suckered by the reviews, went with NWI radon even tho they charged hundreds more. I was worried about sound from the fan as well as increase in price to drill a core, so I chose to put the system near the front of the house as opposed to the back (a decision I deeply regret. Had I known how quiet a radon system CAN be, I would have chosen the back). Tim arrived to install the system, and from the start, there were problems. He didn't realize he needed to be registered as a contractor with the town of Saint John to do work here, and code enforcement stopped us until he registered. After the system went in, the mitigation pipe was slightly crooked. It also vibrated constantly from the Maverick fan he used, and anywhere the system contacted the house, vibrations were a major issue. The front room was too loud, and the bedroom above would hum very loudly....especially at night. You could feel the vibrations with your hand. I mentioned the vibrations to Tim, and he came out for a few minutes and told me that if it bothered me, I could remove the C-clamp just above the fan. Removing the clamp made the front room silent, but the upper bedroom was still a nightmare. I called Lauren to say it was still a problem, and to see if they had a solution. Lauren said "well, do you sleep in that room"? Not always but sometimes, but a room shouldn't be made intolerable due to a radon system. She then said "I don't know what you want us to do" and said Tim would reach out. He never did. Frustrated, I reached out to Randall at A Plus Radon Solutions. His response "Do you want me fix it?". Yes, please! He came out and replaced the Maverick with a Radonaway P45 fan that is whisper quiet. He then re-positioned the clamps holding the pipe to the wall so that one was above the bedroom ceiling (where it should have been, as high as possible), and the other was between floors. This way, nothing was being transferred to the wall. He also insured no part of the pipe itself contacted the wall. He also straightened the pipe. It's been two days now, and complete and blessed silence! The only issue is I had to pay him 450 for the work, which, when combined with the 1500 I paid NWI Radon, means I'm in 1950 for a system which A Plus Radon Solutions would have installed correctly the first time for 1200. It is obvious to me that NWI Radon was either unwilling to solve our issue, unable, or both. Tim said he would put his work up against anyone. Well, I'd retract that challenge. Confidence is no replacement for experience and ability. In the future, I will likely relocate the system to the rear of the home, and when I do, I will contact who I should have used the first time, A Plus Radon solutions.

This place is beautiful and calm. The director, Jonathan is just the most sweetest, most helpful, patient and understanding man. I know it's his job but he really took the time to go through everything with us and made sure to make our arrangements perfect. We definitely felt more than just his clients and through these difficult times he made everything so smooth and easy. I cannot emphasize how detailed and perfect everything was. We had so many beautiful compliments from everyone who attended and our hearts were full with content despite the tragic loss we were feeling. I would say the only negatives were on the actual night of the wake he was not there but had a friend be there. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The mic didn't work and she didn't know how to fix it. Also, she started cleaning like an hour and a half before our end time. I have a large Hispanic family and they brought lots of food so I guess I can understand why she started thinking we wouldn't end on time. But I told her my family would clean. She did apologize and stop but it irritated me at the moment. And the last annoying thing was ordering the death certificate afterwards. Erika made a mistake and ordered the wrong one so we had to wait another week. I would definitely say that the pros outweighed the cons. Highly recommend this place.
