I recently was charged $86.73 by t-mobile as a debit from my account fraudulently as I do not have service with t-mobile. My daughter and I had gone to the Hammond Indiana location to purchase phones .When we got home my daughter decided she didn't want the phone so I went back and returned the phones. This occurred 9 July.
I was informed by the manager that everything was canceled and would not see ANY further charges. Imagine my surprise when I checked my account 27 July and I saw this amount was stolen from my account by t-mobile. Mind you I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income. I called t-mobile customer service immediately and received the runaround. To explain this in detail I spoke with a supervisor in customer service named Jordan who informed me the ONLY way they can return the money they stole from my account is to provide a 6 digit code to an account I don't have or waste my gas and time to go to the Hammond t-mobile and see they can provide the password to an account I don't have. Why t-mobile chooses to steal from non customers is reprehensible and I am sharing this review so maybe someone else will not have money stolen from them by t-mobile read more
