Then I was told I would get a call back. 8 hours later I had to call back just to be told that they hadn't had time to look up my order number. Looking up an order number takes no more than 10 min. Update: The owner contacted me and responded with the information I needed within 24 hours of my final call. He also followed up with me to make sure the company the part came from followed through with their warranty.

They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop.
