Called Griffith location & they were up and running. Went straight over there Jerry helped us. He had the phones we wanted looked at our Sprint plan & was able to use special promotion so our new iPhones won't cost us anything!! Several days after I looked online at my account & it looked like we were paying full price for all the phones - YIKES! Called Jerry & he explained we'll be getting monthly credits to offset the costs. If we have any issues to come back in to see him. Not only did Jerry have what we wanted he didn't try to upsell us or push us to move over to a T-mobile plan! Great experience. Setting up new phones was fast & flawless. Go see Jerry!!

I have been given the run around by T-Mobile and replacing this device. I have been on the phone with several people troubleshooting. I was sent to several locations for technical assistance(T-Mobile store, Best Buy Geek squad and Apple Store) and no one has solved my issue with the glitches of this phone even after it was replaced. T-Mobile loves to inconvenience their customers by passing them off to Apple. Apple wastes my time wanting to replace with the same device each and every time instead of offering a realistic solution. Apple is a scam! T-Mobile does not back their customers nor their product when there is a continuous issue for over a year. They bounce you back and forth and try to get you to spend more money on an upgrade when my phone hasn't worked right in the first place. DO NOT GET T-MOBILE.... DO NOT DEAL WITH APPLE. They are both full of it and they don't care how they inconvenience their customers with the games they play with these devices. With all the inconvenience I've experienced between Apple and T-Mobile the only thing they can offer is to charge my card while they exchange this phone with the same model for the 4th time and none of them are working. They offer no viable solution.
