Next he said they had to order parts and should be repaired within a couple of days. I called and left a message inquiring about our phone and never got a call back. They charged me to break my laptop that was working completely fine & just needed a new fan. I pick it up from them, they didn't replace the fan, the old fan is louder than ever, & the screen now doesn't work. What did these guys do? They then called me telling me to buy a worse laptop from them for $100-off a $900 laptop (the one they broke was $1500).
