I only asked a few basic questions, but every single response from her was incredibly condescending. She dismissed my issue entirely, informed me there was nothing she could do, and told me to just call Verizon. When I addressed her poor attitude, she rolled her eyes at me while I was still speaking. Extremely unprofessional behavior! Management seriously needs to address this staff member's customer service skills.

Beware of Verizon Cellular Sales in Garner, NC…read more I went to the Verizon store in Garner, NC, and they offered a good deal: $600 off for changing plans or $400 off for sticking with my plan, both requiring me to give back my phone. They even agreed to let me return the phone after a month because I was traveling for my wedding. But when I came back, they claimed I was one day late and only gave me $25 instead of $400. When I asked for my phone back, they refused. After hours of talking, they only upped it to $95. They insisted they had explained everything clearly, but it sure didn't seem that way to me. It feels like they'll say anything to close a sale and then backtrack. My advice? Stay away from Verizon retailers like Cellular Sales and go straight to Verizon. Don't get caught in their trap like I did. It's not worth the hassle or the feeling of getting ripped off. Avoid at all costs! p.s. of course they will argue they were right after this rating.
