How do you tell the person that got screwed over, paid 75 for a service, that they have to drive for an hour to pick up their SIM card that the EMPLOYEE CARELESSLY didn't put back into the phone, "oh my fault" AND GIVE THEM A RANDOM SIM CARD WHEN THEY COME TO THE STORE PREVENTING THEM FROM HAVING SERVICE. Once I did an insurance claim and there was no snag getting what I needed here. I have had a screen replaced, a back glass replaced, and a battery replaced.
