That is why I agreed to the $49 option in the first place. I did not request an upgrade. I did not authorize a price change. When I declined, I was asked to either wait longer while they reinstalled the original screen or return the next day. I had already waited 90 minutes and had neither the time nor the money for options I never agreed to. The final amount charged was $22. If this was genuinely an accident, the resolution would have been immediate and the original $49 honored without negotiation. Confirm your price in writing before leaving your device here.
