I love T-Mobile. I have no complaints. So far so good. No drop calls. In the data net work is pretty good.

Do NOT waste your time going here. Manager is unprofessional and completely incompetent "know it all". Came in with a simple problem, took him over an hour + for him to figure out he didn't know what he was doing and referred me to go home and call the 1800 number. I could've done that myself and saved the trip! Went to store down the street and they fixed issue in 15 minutes. Train your staff better TMobile!!!! So disappointing. read more

I am so disappointed about this service. Definitely the worst T-Mobile in Gardena! The customer service is very unprofessional and disrespectful . They seem like they don't know what they are doing! I came there three times to fix my case but nothing changed. I came in to switch my plan. Amazing service i was helped right away by the amazing and helpful Everton. I got an amazing deal and had a quick and easy process. I am extremely satisfied by the quality of service and the helpfulness of the staff there. Very clean store very good environment. And no aggressive sales tactics where used at all. Came in for Christmas promotion, took them over 3 hours to try to get it done to different sales reps and finally got it done! Got my bill today, guess who didn't get a promotion applied to my bill! I went in today and I was helped by FA... He helped me fix my iPhone which I thought was broken, I was just using a cheap charger.. He also helped me get a discount on my monthly bill because I am a Navy Veteran. In a few months I will be upgrading one of my phones and I will make sure I will go and visit FA so he can help me with this.. I have been a team mobile customer, off and on for a few years. But it has not been a great experience. Customer service, is not a service, I recommend. They told me one thing, to attract me, to there services, but when, I received the bill they add, secret hidden fees. That I was unaware of. Costumer services representive,are working from home. And preying on the sales of your commission, by telling you one thing over the phone. But when you receive the bill it's a whole deception, a complete lie. I came in to turn in my phone because my lease was up with my jump on demand and I must say that this was the smoothest transaction I've experienced throughout the 10+ years I've been with T-Mobile. Very welcoming and all the employees presented great customer service. There was no pride with the sales representative that was assisting me, when he faced a problem he needed assistance with, that is when I believe the manager, Dominique, came in and completed the job. These guys (and girl) are great. I was able to get what I needed as soon as possible with their system the way it was. All the stores were having technical difficulties with the system. They waited on the store service line, and were even willing to write up my order manually right when the system decided to work. Hung with them for a while with the jams bumping in the background. Cool crowd and good service. read more

On December 12th,2019 (Thursday) I shieka jackson went to the T-Mobile location at 14782 Crenshaw Blvd,Gardena, CA 90249 United States at 12:00pm. As trying to pay my bill , I am discriminated by my appearance and me being "black" the manager Stephany had an attitude claiming that she cannot accept my form of payment which was (3) hundreds stating they were fake. I left the bank not to long ago, Stephany did not offer an option of another form of payment. I insisted she calls the police if the bill is fake. Stephany called the police made false statements that me and my boyfriend treymar wallace was being hostile, yet we were remaining calm trying to figure out why she cannot accept the form of payment. Police arrived at 12:36, to escort us out the store for no reason for the false statements this manager has made. As a manager of the store, she did not provide excellent customer service or a resolution to the problem just walked away and ignored us after she claimed she could not accept the bills. An employee named Khalil could of provided a solution, but he said he don't have nothing to do with that she's the manager. read more
