The gentleman also working had a much friendlier personality and we should have continued with him. Cassie suggested a phone for the upgrade. I asked to see the phone and she reluctantly walked us over. She said we could not hold the phone as it was locked. The other worker kindly brought over the keys and unlocked the 2 phones we were considering. While holding the phone it was connected to a cable that was fed into the device the phone sat in while locked. I attempted to put the phone back on the holder and pulled a bit on the cable thinking it would retract in. Cassie basically yelled at me for pulling on the phone. We are 50+ yr olds who do not need to be yelled at for the way we were looking at phones. There were no other customers in the store at the time. We grabbed our phones and cases and left. We will still consider new phones but definitely not from this sales person!!!
