    The customer service here is great!! The atmosphere is very welcoming and as soon as I walked in the door I get welcomed and taken care of

    We had a Sprint device which needed to be unlocked as it was paid off and the user was switching…read morenetworks. We called up T-Mobile support (they bought Sprint) and asked for the device to be unlocked. They claimed that the device was already unlocked. (It wasn't. You received a message to call Sprint to unlock when you inserted a new SIM card). So after the phone support couldn't get this done, they instructed us to go to the physical store in Delavan to get this resolved. I can't recommend this store. First they tried to tell us the device was leased (it wasn't) and then we sat with them waiting in queue for support for 45 minutes. (The same support btw that told us to come to this store) just to tell us that codes would be sent to the phone to unlock it within 48 hours. Of course after 48 hours, it still wasn't unlocked. I tried emailing the rep that "helped" us in store who was named Sareni multiple times with no response. I then emailed the location manager Brianna as well multiple times. No one ever responded or reached out to me. It makes me wonder why they even put their email addresses on their business cards then. So, in short, it seems that their customer service style is to ignore their customers and hope that they will just go away.

    Where to begin... I stopped in the store in Elkhorn around a month ago. I wanted to replace/…read moreupgrade two phones (S21ultra) to the latest model. These are not an inexpensive purchase. I had the misfortune of dealing with the absolute worst customer service representative I've ever had to deal with. The rep, Sarah or Sara, I'm not sure which because she refused to give me her card. As I enquired about my plan and upgrades this representative became more belligerent than I've ever seen. First she said "your plan qualifies for nothing". She seemed really agitated the I had chosen a plan for the cheapest bill. "Why would I ever want to do that?" I asked about the cost of qualifying plans in order that I may upgrade. Because, you know she didn't offer that kind of helpful information. She said what I wanted would give me a bill of $290./ month for two lines. Slightly unrealistic. Why would I want a lower bill. When I asked about just adding the two phones to my current plant, she said it would increase my bill to $180./ month. Not great but at this point I'm stuck. The S21(s), purchased directly from Samsung. So unlocked for any carrier. They replaced S8(s). All with USCell. I enquired about paying off phones early this... peach got down right rude. She told me these were being given to me and that I don't understand how a lease works. Make up your mind silly woman. Are these gifted? Or are they leased? Or am I purchasing them at an increased bill from $108. to 180./ month. So $78./ × 36 months. So $2,808. for two phones. I ordered the two phones from this piece of work. I should have gone to a different location. I left and went to the location in Lake Geneva where after explaining my experience, Colleen, the exact opposite of Sara or Sarah helped out. Colleen rerouted the phones to the LG location. From the most unpleasant experience ever to friendly, pleasant, accommodating. All the things you want and frankly expect from customer service. Colleen your the best. Sara you suck sh!t. Pardon my anger. It took me a month to cool down enough to write this review. Patrick McCrank

I am compelled to champion SARAH CROSS in the treatment given to my family in connecting service to my mothers phone. She lives in the Lakeland Health Care Center and presents many unusual challenges. I am awe struck at Sarah's tenacity particularly when she is dealing with unusual cases amid numerous customers requests.
