Yep, Beth is a rockstar! Within minutes she got it working. I told her what the tech support told me too, and she even said that their reasoning made no sense. Well, in the future if there is ever a problem again, I will just go into the store, no more phone tech support. I am super happy with this location. We had a Sprint device which needed to be unlocked as it was paid off and the user was switching…read morenetworks. We called up T-Mobile support (they bought Sprint) and asked for the device to be unlocked. They claimed that the device was already unlocked. (It wasn't. You received a message to call Sprint to unlock when you inserted a new SIM card). So after the phone support couldn't get this done, they instructed us to go to the physical store in Delavan to get this resolved. I can't recommend this store. First they tried to tell us the device was leased (it wasn't) and then we sat with them waiting in queue for support for 45 minutes. (The same support btw that told us to come to this store) just to tell us that codes would be sent to the phone to unlock it within 48 hours. Of course after 48 hours, it still wasn't unlocked. I tried emailing the rep that "helped" us in store who was named Sareni multiple times with no response. I then emailed the location manager Brianna as well multiple times. No one ever responded or reached out to me. It makes me wonder why they even put their email addresses on their business cards then. So, in short, it seems that their customer service style is to ignore their customers and hope that they will just go away.
