The installation failed and even worse, something the technician did caused something to spark and short-out. Now NEITHER of my front burners work. (Do you know how hard it is to cook a meal on an itty-bitty back burner???). We received a $290 bill for a service charge! So, I paid $290 for a stove with LESS functionality than I had before! I sent a letter in with my payment explaining what happened, thinking that Lyle's might possibly refund some of my money or at least offer me some type of coupon. Ha! Not a chance! I'm very disappointed in their service and lack of concern.

So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

The reasons why they said it was not working was the most ignorant nonsensical crap I ever heard coming from tech support. Anyway... I walk in, and a really nice gentleman directed me to Beth. Yep, Beth is a rockstar! Within minutes she got it working. I told her what the tech support told me too, and she even said that their reasoning made no sense. Well, in the future if there is ever a problem again, I will just go into the store, no more phone tech support. I am super happy with this location.
