I was told that under my account it showed the wrong screen protector replacement. Ok. Well as they can see I have insurance, I only have this phone activated on my number and qualify for a replacement. She comes back out and tells me I have to go back to whatever store I ordered my last screen protector from and she can't help me. I find this silly as this wasn't my error it was an associate error, or atleast that's was it seems to be. This was irritating but whatever, more irritating was during this banter my toddler was needing to use the bathroom. If anyone has potty trained before you already know how quickly 'i need to go potty' can turn into an 'uhoh'. I was told she could not use the bathroom and to wait. I said well i can't. Then who I'm Assuming is the manager comes out and tried to handle the situation and tells me that another store messed up and they can't help me. By the time i left i was fuming as i would have probably been ok with the screen but their disregard For customer service mixed with the lack Of empathy was a completely turn off and i would never recommend this store. At the end of the day, I pay $10 extra a month for insurance to be able to replacement my protector and was turned away, which according to 3 other stores I called since my visit to Huntley T-Mobile, should have not happened.

Century Electronics was located in the same plaza. My friends and I would go in the store and look at all the hifi stereo equipment. This was probably nearing the end of the HIFI stereo era which produced the best iconic stereo equipment of all time. Needless to say we were tolerated even tho we couldn't afford anything in the store. Fast forward 30 years. My collection of stereo equipment was all manufactured before I was born by a good decade. It's the type of equipment that you get fixed and will never ever see the bottom up a dumpster. The number of individuals still alive with the skill to service these units and restore them to their glory is dwindling every year that goes by. Century Electronics has not 1, but 2 old school techs that can fix anything from Marantz receivers, McIntosh tube amplifiers to speakers all made before the Vietnam war. They take pride in their work and preserve quality by refusing to use cheap Chinese capacitors and other inferior parts. This is the only place I will take my equipment. Don't expect to walk in for the ABT style showroom with 100k of product. The back room repair shop is where it's at here.
