They have a lot more specialized merchandise that we did not see in other stores. For example there was a really large array of Alien Stage toys that we really haven't seen anywhere else. They didn't have the new phone in stock so they shipped it to us and told us that we had to bring old phone back when new phone is operational. We brought phone back and they changed their tune and told me the the phone was only worth $20.00. It was a true bait and switch scenario which I have contactied the BBB to report as I am sure they have done this to more than one customer. My concern is that I have been an AT&T loyal customer for over 25 years and currently pay them around $450.00 a month for 5 phones, internet and U-Verse TV. The store Ass't Mgr said that her system wouldn't allow them to do anything else and that the system overrides and customer relationship. I was supposed to hear from the store Mgr. yesterday but didn't get a call. I now have to go to corporate and spend a lot of my time to rectify this bad service.
