I saw a couple 1 star reviews based on returns. RC vehicles that work when sold cannot be returned once used! Too many people damage their RC due to lack of skill then expect a refund for some reason. This is not right! If you do encounter a problem days, weeks, or months after a purchase, contact the manufacturer and see if they can help! This is a hobby to learn and yes, damage and other problems happen sometimes, that is part of the hobby! He tells my son to put it back cuz it might get dirty. I heard him say that to him. So he walks away from the fidget toys to me and i asked him i heard what i heard. So i ignored it. A few mins later, I checked on my other son looking at some other toys and im just watching on the other end of the isle. This old guys goes up to my son. My son is rummaging through the bins. He basically tells him to put the toy back. Im watching the whole time and i walk to to them and he tells me he was opening the package, which he was not cuz. Then the kid behind the counter says he was. First of all my kids know not to open any toys without buying it first. So these two people lied to my face to make my son be a bad guy. So my eight year old son starts crying in the store. The old guy said he said it nicely which was far from the truth. He scolded him for looking at the toys. This is a hobby shop with toys everywhere, why would you tell kids to put the toys down. So i put the things back that i was gonna buy and walked out with my kids. I support local businesses before buying online but I will gladly pay the shipping to not deal with that type of customer service. Shame on you guys for treating children that way.

We saw everything from Trinkets and clothing, to a pool table. They have items from other local teams, Some Bears, Bulls and Blackhawks (no Sox, go figure.) It wasn't a large selection, and since I wasn't looking for those teams I didn't pay much attention. The staff working that day was very helpful and patient with those of us ignorant in Cubs traditions and lore.

I walked in and was greeted right away. The staff is really friendly! She did an initial evaluation and then had others take a look. Well it needed more than a tune-up. The tires were shot, the gears were not switching. They gave me a list of things and I declined somethings but got the rest. I turned it in but it was busy they said and it would take 2 weeks. They would text me when ready. 2 weeks later, I did not receive a text. A week later, they called and informed me that they missed an issue at check-in and that it would take another week or so as they had to place an order. It is a good thing I have a mountain bike to train with! I received a text and went to go pick it up a couple weeks later as I just didn't have the time. When I picked up the bike, I wish they would have given me a refresher on all the things they fixed (one by one) but I could have also asked. I've ridden the bike and it is good as new. Overall, they did a good job on fixing the bike, Maybe a better checkout process and intake process so they don't miss anything.
