I was there for over 2 hours and exhausted to end up with ANOTHER line, a business account, a new internet (which I never even was told this was happening!) a box showed up at my doorstep with a new internet box. I am being charged for 2 internet accounts, my bill is now outrageous. The manager gave me his business card "to help" but when I reached out no answer! I've tried calling customer service but was on the line for an hour, switched to 6 different operators who could not help me! Verizon is a joke!!!!!!

Hi I'm Diane Fraser and I want to tell you about the unbelievable…read moreexperience I had at this AT@T store on 298 E. 17th Street in Costa Mesa, CA...I was in a panic...my cell phone carrier had a nationwide outage...I had no phone, no text, no email...not ok...I went to this store looking for a prepaid phone... Mr. Adewunmi graciously greeted me right away and offered to help...I explained my situation..he ran to the back to find a prepaid phone for me...and came back to me on the floor with one...it was an android device from AT@T that came with a plan...I explained I only needed until my carrier identified the problem and fixed the outage...so he said I have an idea...he took my phone and did some incredible techie genius stuff and put a secondary line by AT@T on my phone so that during this outage or any outage of my carrier I could switch over to the secondary number and therefore have phone privileges, text, and email at the same time...This was all done for a small activation fee and a pre pay fee for 30 days...no contract had to be signed up for. Honestly...he solved my problem... and for much less the price...I am so happy and impressed...I want you all to know about this young gentleman...he's a technological genius as far as I'm concerned...Thank you so much for all you help Adewunmi!!! I drive all of the way from Laguna Niguel to Airkom in Costa Mess because I know they will provide the service and products I need without trying to upsell me. They are very knowlegeble regarding repairing it if you accidentally damage your phone, too. Their prices are very fair and they know what they are doing.

I thought, "OMG, I'm here in Orange County - not exactly known for its tech community. What am I gonna do?" I found iSolution and brought my MacBook in. The guy fixed it right away while I watched. He didn't even charge me. Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it. Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything. I picked it up and he charged me reasonably. It is completely fixed and am on my laptop right now! I am a super happy camper. Both experiences with iSolution were fantastic. Susan

Just popped by here to drop off a modem and router from a rental house but then asked Oscar, who…read morewas waiting on me, if they had any deals on internet since that's all I use from Spectrum. I'm paying $91 a month for 1GB and Oscar said that was pretty expensive. He asked me if he could bundle a streaming service to lower it to $66.35 a month and then said I could cancel the TV after a month and then the internet cost would drop to $41 a month. Quite a savings and I appreciate Oscar pointing this out. I went with that deal and thanks again for the great service and price cut, Oscar!
