    I am only giving one star because it made me! Worst expense of my life dealing with a phone. I took…read morea simple cracked screen in. I left my phone for an hour came back to a screen that was a demo screen so it was grey with lines all in it and my home button didn't work. They were out of iPhone screens, Never got asked if that was okay to put a demo screen on. So I go back the next day after the shipment came in and leave it for another hour. Come back and the home button still didn't work. She tells me that is it was something that apple just started doing. Okay? So I was like I work from my phone, I am not paying almost 200$ for my phone not to work for an issue that I didn't even bring it in for. She tells me she can refund my money and put my old screen back on. So once again I leave it for another hour! I come back and my phone does not work at all! She didn't tell me that putting the old screen back on would cause it not to work she "ASSUMED" that I knew that! I don't work with phones how would I know!!!! And then tells me that I could have taken it to apple to have the button reset for free, but when I was there the second time she told me it would cost me 200+ if I took it too apple. Worst customer service I have ever had! Was not accommodating at all!!! Do not ever go here!!!!

    Took my cell phone to this business yesterday at 10am, they told me it would take a couple of hours…read morebut they would fix my phone. After describing the problems I was having they said it could be the battery but they wouldn't know for sure until they ran some diagnostics. I came back 4 hours later and they said the battery looked fine so they didn't know what was wrong but they were still running diagnostics. They promised they would call in one more hour and have the phone fixed. They never called. I drove back to the business 15 mins before closing at 6:45pm, and the girl tells me she's sorry she forgot to call me and admits she still doesn't know whats wrong with my phone, but says if I want to try a new battery it will take three days to order a new one! I said forget it, and took my phone home. Next day I took my phone to a more reputable and long-term business in Bastrop called "Computer Literate" and the guy said no problem, just give him one hour. I came back later, my phone was fixed, it only needed a new battery, which he keeps in stock (unlike the other place), and it cost me $50. I will never go another place besides Computer Literate again, learned my lesson. In addition, Computer Literate is a small local business, not a chain like Phone Clinic.

WHEN WE FINALLY Picked UP MY KID'S IPAD PRO, There were…read morevisibly two NEW cracks in the sides, a new screen crack and all around the sides of the device had some sort of sticky glue tape on the creases. They tried to say that things like this happens and are expected to happen when the device needs to be open for repairs. Bull crap!! I've sent out numerous devices to the actual manufacturer for repairs and they all came back in amazing shape. This place will not take responsibility for damages they cause. We are unfortunately having to send it out again with a more reliable company to have the damages this place cause to be fixed because they do not honor their work. We will never ever use this place again. If you are reading this review, RUN!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! The affordably is not worth the headache and mess they cause. We lost valuable time and hard earned money. They will not reimburse you for lost time or damages they cause. If you decide to use them, good luck! Take pictures of your devices before handing it over because it won't come back the same. Customer service is non-existent. Not sure where their tech got certified or if he is even certified to make these repairs because my kid's device came back looking like a sloppy DIY repair.

I was never hysterical and I kept calm even though I was literally having my precious time squandered as one of the busiest women I know.... It cost me less to bundle with them and move from AT&T, but they don't have any iPhone terabytes in stock and they do not get phone lines to wearables like watches for kids, which is a huge problem for me but the rest of their products are affordable and more better than AT&T, but the kid seems to be a young teenage girl or something really doesn't seem to have any idea what she's talking about. I'm having to help her figure out how to transfer lines over from spectrum and it seems really sloppy and disorganized to just get the get my new plan set up ordered and get me out the door. I spent an hour more of my time in the store telling her my situation what I needed to solve it and what I wanted and she still hadn't got me rung up and got it done and taken care of so like and she's not very clear on explaining what I'm getting anyways, she doesn't seem to know the products or what she's talking about and I'm just not sure if she's even qualified to transfer over our phone lines and then she said well if you go and you come back about an hour and a half everything should be ready and there's no comfortable chairs in the store to sit down on so that was miserable as all hell I would've had to sit on the floor and my kids were going crazy stir crazy cause there's nothing for them to do while I'm sitting here waiting wasting my life away trying to just get a better deal and a better phone plan my chicken I thawed out to make for dinner. It's now unusable it's almost 6 o'clock and I don't have time to cook dinner now I had to go drop my kids back off at my house because they had a delivery and stuff but like the service was uncomfortable and it's really difficult to just get set up with them and I'm trying to switch over my Internet too and she seems to have absolutely no idea how I would take this router and then magically the Internet is supposed to magically appear in my house somehow she doesn't even know how the Internet gets turned on in the house. She just says will you buy this router and set it up and I'm like what the hell is that mean? The lady told me I was responsible for transferring over a SIM card and I asked her how to do it and why they don't assist in the process and she said "it's common sense" and insulted me - I don't work in the cell phone industry and now she is trying to figure out how to take the SIM card out of my sons phone to put it into his new "free" phone we are transferring z this process has been a nightmare four hours later and idk wtg is going on a she can't explain anything to make sense this is painful torture and sucks and I asked if there would be an owner or someone else in the store and she said the store has a lot of owners this has been the worse customer service experience of my entire life and the store is about to close and nothing was accomplished.... She also said they do not offer hardwired phone transfers a from an old phone to a new phone and said she would spend two more hours after hours to work on figuring out how to set everything up and that's just bananas I wasn't going to go back to hell the next morning I called spectrum and they got everything figured out in 20 minutes over the phone and are sending new devices by Friday to transfer lines over

I only came to the 5th Street Target because it was the only place that had what I needed,a simple pen for black label for homemade gifts. I came against my better judgment, and honestly, I wish I hadn't. First off, the parking is a mess. You have to park in the garage and get validation to avoid paying $7. There's no handicap parking right in front of the elevator entrance either, which makes things way harder than it should be. I could have used street parking but didn't feel like being hassled by the men that wait in front of the store. Once I got inside, I started noticing a man, Hispanic, curly hair, maroon shirt, no name badge walking past me multiple times in different sections. First in the makeup aisle, then again when I moved to another area, and again a third time. It really felt like he was watching me, not shopping. He made me super uncomfortable. I was using the Target app to scan items and make sure I was getting the right prices. Just trying to get in and out quickly because, truth be told, I've been avoiding Target for a while now. When I checked out, one of my items rang up higher than what the app said. I went to Guest Services, showed the price on my phone, and was told I must've grabbed the wrong thing. I hadn't, I scanned it myself before adding it to my cart. All this over a few markers. I'm sticking with my boycott. I came here trying to support my own project and left feeling watched, dismissed, and frustrated.
