Carly is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. You can tell that she enjoys helping people and enjoys her job. She swiftly took care of my return and new purchase. Many stores treat bringing back an item as a dreaded situation. I have lived in Bastrop for over 2 years store and this Best Buy has an incredibly friendly and dedicated staff in providing an excellent shopping experience for the customer. Nobody likes buying the wrong item or having it not work as expected. once you got it home. This store makes a return and/or exchange very easy and one would wish all retailers treated their customers in this manner. Again I would like to point out the exceptional service that Carly provides and also note that she is part of an excellent team of employees at Best Buy Bastrop.

Well I came into a different store we started the transfer and then when it was time for me to pay the $42 that was not possible. instead of doing an upgrade he did the next up which was not what was supposed to happen. It was supposed to be a fair trade of how much ever the phone was supposed to cost. So now it looks like I owe for the new iPhone when in reality I don't. So when we called the store Dominic picked up the phone and admitted that Anwar messed up the upgrade process. Mind you the store is about an hour away from where I live and they want me to come all the way back out there but not try to fix it while I'm in another store closer to my house. I left the store with no real resolution

She is always patient with my Boomer parents when they have questions about how to use their smartphones, and last week, when my phone was going out, my first thought was that I wanted Julie's help to get it sorted. She got my new phone set up and my information transferred, and made a very stressful situation not so horrible. Julie is a gem, and makes sticking with Cricket worth it. To have someone who remembers you, and really cares, that's the kind of customer service you just don't see anymore. That's what keeps me being a Cricket customer. I can't speak to other locations, but I highly recommend this one!

After describing the problems I was having they said it could be the battery but they wouldn't know for sure until they ran some diagnostics. I came back 4 hours later and they said the battery looked fine so they didn't know what was wrong but they were still running diagnostics. They promised they would call in one more hour and have the phone fixed. They never called. I drove back to the business 15 mins before closing at 6:45pm, and the girl tells me she's sorry she forgot to call me and admits she still doesn't know whats wrong with my phone, but says if I want to try a new battery it will take three days to order a new one! I said forget it, and took my phone home. Next day I took my phone to a more reputable and long-term business in Bastrop called "Computer Literate" and the guy said no problem, just give him one hour. I came back later, my phone was fixed, it only needed a new battery, which he keeps in stock (unlike the other place), and it cost me $50. I will never go another place besides Computer Literate again, learned my lesson. In addition, Computer Literate is a small local business, not a chain like Phone Clinic.

We've been with T-Mobile for close to 10 years. Although I've been happy with the service, the…read moreprice has crept up and I had to pay extra to pay with a credit card (I paid with a credit card because this card also insures our two phone for damage up to $600 per phone). I'd read an online article about how prepaid services were cheaper and decided to switch. Unfortunately we had to go to the store initially which was more difficult than it should have been. They've been doing a huge project at the "Y" in Oak Hill for years. Texas DOT doesn't much bother putting up useful signs and we got to take a long, slow (terrible traffic) detour to this store which is pretty close to our house. Fortunately Ryan and Sam saved the day. There was a bit of an issue as we had opted for Sim Protection from T-Mobile and one of the phones wouldn't allow it to be taken off. They called and had someone from corporate get it taken care of (their corporate had to call T-Mobile's corporate). We now have the same plan on the same network for over $30 a month less than we were paying. The price is guaranteed for 5 years too. Even if T-Mobile didn't raise their prices during that time, we're looking to save $1,800. Can't beat that. Thank you Ryan and Sam!
