Whether it's smart home gear, networking equipment, TVs, gaming consoles, or accessories you didn't even know you needed until you saw them -- this location had it all. The store itself was huge, well organized, and easy to navigate with clearly labeled sections for everything from smart home setups to networking and entertainment systems. I found Rotronics on the web and despite some older, negative reviews figured I'd give them a shot because they were so close to home (west valley) and because people typically only post when they are NOT happy (unlike me!!) I was afraid I would have to spend $65 to get it diagnosed but if you bring your TV into his shop, he only charges $25 for an estimate which goes towards cost of the repair. He fixed my TV in just 3 days, charging a TOTAL of $100, and even upgraded my power supply to a higher voltage. The TV works great and I am THRILLED!! Roland, the owner and guy who took care of me, seems to be very honest, knowledgable, and straightforward. Best of all, turns out they also do sound surround installations and he quoted me a price that was about a THIRD what I was quoted from big box store! I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them.
