I asked him for a refund so I could go elsewhere and get my phone fixed. He declined and said no refunds. I understand that I may need to be a little inconvenienced, but since you could not do the job after two tries, I should receive my money back. The DG won't allow me to use the rest room while I was shopping to kill time. I asked the store cashier Arianna and she stated the rest rm is closed. Then she asked the manager who also said no. So I left behind my shopping items and went across the street to Dunkin's donuts. They were closed. So, I came back and pleaded to use the restroom so I can buy the snacks items I was very hungry for. The cashier said no she can't let me to use the restroom and for me to find the manager and asked her. I found the manager after strolling the store to ask her. And she denied me and called the cops on me after I had informed her I was calling their corporate office. I told the manager she's very cruel and inhumane for. Not denying a paying customer access to the rest room.i was told to leave by manager Mary while I was about to for the snack in my hand at the register. I paid for my items and went outside to observe the cop pulling in to the parking lot. I went on to the train station. Five minutes later the 4-5 cops pulled up to the train station to question me about the incident. And I told them exactly. The cops told me the manager doesn't want me back to the store and put trespassing order on me. Which I have to sign. It was the most horrendous and humiliating experience ever. I would never recommend the store to anyone. The DG is an unpleasant and unwelcoming store for any customer especially one that needs to use to the rest room while the store is open. Being that they are the only open store in the desolate isolated area. Mary the manager is a terrible and horrific inhumane person.
