I had to wait more than an hour just to pick some phones the guy that checked me in was not doing nothing at all he was on his cell the whole time i watched two 45 min episodes of a series I watch till I got annoyed and asked what was going on and the lady that was working there asked me what I needed and I explained to her that I was just picking up some phones and she said o that's simple and the guy that checked me in went to the back. Thanks to the lady that took care of me but who ever is checking people has no manners and his customer service is really not what Verizon should represent I have a loyal customer for 12 years and this is the worse I have been treated over the time I have been with them I'm not including what went on in there because it would take too long. read more

I tried to ask this company to help me to show me how I can get my phone fix because I had insurance on it. The lady didn't direct me to get a file an appeal. The company that want to fix it told me Verizon Victoria knew that they have to file an appeal so I can get it fix. So the customer service was lazy with helping me. That's not right. The customer service is impeccable, a young man name tutus spent nearly two hours assisting me with a mistake another location created. No my issue wasn't resolve but it wasn't this location fault at all but i give them five stars because he really tried, i'll only do business with this location in the near future. read more

I seen online that store hours are rill 8pm. when I arrived at the location store says 7pm I arrived 6:10. 2 male employees were sitting on they're phones. I rang the door bell and the employees didn't even acknowledge me. The employees looked at me and sat back down and used their phones. I contacted Verizon customer service because I thought maybe they were closed early. The rep told me they close at 7pm. No customers were inside they could have atleast said they were not taking anyone right now. They just didn't say or do anything besides use their phone. I would not recommend this place at all! With that customer service I don't know how they even hold on to their independent retailer title. read more

I got two (2) emails stating they would get back to me: 1) They said they would get back to me within 72 hours and then when I emailed back to to them stating I haven't heard from them and then; 2) They replied back to me stating they would contact me in 48 hours! Definitely would think twice about using this location to do any up grades. Second time my buisness account has been messed up by this location. Was told I wouldn't be charged for phones with the upgrade just had to pay sales tax. Now my plans have all trippled and I have to fight to get what I was told by Carter. Went in with issues that another store caused on my account which said they could not fix at all. Spoke with the man Carter. He was very polite and well mannered. He was able to fix the issues I was having that the other store said was impossible for them to fix. Highly recommend this store and asking for Carter. read more

Sunday afternoon. Only one extremely lazy and rude employee here. Her name I believe was Hailey Johnson. Doors are locked when you arrive and you have to be buzzed in. She makes me wait outside for 10+ minutes while she's just staring at me and won't open the door. When she finally let's me in, she's dealing with one customer. I waited over an hour for that one customer when all I needed was a sim card that customer service told me to come here and get for free. I made it known what I need and she could have taken care of me in like a minute. Then when the line starts piling up behind me, she starts asking the customers behind me if they can help them. I made one comment about the fact she's taking customers out of order. She gets very rude with me telling me I'm being a disruption to her customers and she might ask me to leave. After taking another customer ahead of me, she calls me over. Giving me quite a bit of attitude while doing so. Then tries to tell me that it costs $12 for the sim card customer service said was free. When I asked shy she didn't tell me the cost and made me wait for nothing, she made multiple more rude comments and started laughing at me. FYI, it was free at the Orland Park location. And this complaint is not about Verizon as a company. They are great. Exceptional service at Orland and the 800 #. This place in Crestwood, I wouldn't wish this terrible service on my worst enemy. read more
