Hi Chris - I was setup with a "free" trial of internet air for a month by a former employee back in…read moreAug/Sept, returned the equipment and then was charged over $130 for the "free" service. I have spent months trying to get this resolved, have been sent to literally ten different ph#s (two of which they sent me were to disconnected numbers). Connor at the branch has been great, but his form to correct this was denied. So for a family that spends over $600 a month with AT&T, I find it ridiculous that I now have to consider pulling all our accounts that we have had for at least a decade over this. It makes no sense to me for this to be happening. Now I have been sent to collections for the first time in my life and at this point I will definitely consider leaving AT&T.

Informative, assistive, patient and very much an advocate for his customer, Kory was able to get my situation handled after dealing extensively on the phone with AT&T's customer service. Additionally, he answered all of my questions in upgrading to a new phone, discussing features, tips and tricks on adding to the account soon. Again, thank YOU Kory and your staff for being rockstars!

Depends which location you go to my wife has had excellent service at the 56th Street location…read moreseveral months ago when she bought her phone she went in just to buy a SIM card and they offered her a great deal and package on a new handset just recently I went to the location on Rockville Road and it was pretty good I would give that location of 3.5 Star and then instead of going all the way back there the next day to correct an issue I went to the closer one on 56th Street in the evening and unfortunately I did not catch the clerk's name but she knew exactly how to correct the issue and extremely helpful and I'll give that location 10 star rating if I could

I was referred to Indy Cellular 4 Less by a recommendation, and brought in my wife's Nintendo…read moreSwitch for a water damage repair. I paid $50 for diagnostics, which took a few days. They called and left a voicemail letting me know that was not repairable. While being told that news was frustrating, the main issue is what happened next. After returning from a vacation, I went to pick up the device, I was told they had already gotten rid of it - without ever asking for my permission. This was only a couple of weeks after drop-off. The Joy-Cons were still fully functional, and many other components of the device were intact, that could have been salvaged. Regardless of how a repair turns out, this shop has no right to get rid of a customer's belongings without clear consent. I was never asked, never notified, and given no opportunity to retrieve what was still valuable to my wife. I paid for a diagnostic, not for my belongings to be taken and sold for their recycling parts, for the shop's benefit. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their electronics being treated with basic respect.

I then took it to Indy phone doctor and when I told them that they told me that my phone had a bad battery because it was at 80% battery health he actually started laughing out loud for several minutes....
