Turns out that is not a regular Verizon branch but is a retailer for them. Not sure exactly how it works. So far, this only seems to help my opinion of them. Fantastic customer service and a much better insurance plan on the phones than what is offered at at standard branch. We have had to visit here more often than I would like to admit (I am apparently really good at hurting my phone) and each time they have been able to help easily. If you come here during peak hours on a weekend, you may have to wait but usually they move quickly so it isn't too hard to just browse while you wait. The lose a star for my first visit here, they had promised to follow up with us after our initial phone purchase to confirm if we wanted to add insurance, they did not, we forgot (you only have two weeks to add it) and when I hurt my phone the first time, it was a headache.

I have had more problems with AT&T in my lifetime that I care to discuss. There are too many to…read moreeven start. It is more fun to talk about the shining lights in the darkness of AT&T land. There are two people that are affiliated with AT&T and can help when you stumble in the AT&T craziness. They are Lauren and Kaylee. Kaylee is the manager at this store. Lauren used to work at this store as well. I was so sad and worried when they said she moved to a store in Greenwood. Now I am happy because I have two locations that can be trusted. Anyway, let me get back to the point. I have recently discovered that in order to call Kaylee's store, I have to go through AT&T land. I used to be able to call the store directly. Now when I call, I have to make the right number choice to get to her store. If I make a mistake and press the wrong choice, I end up in North Carolina where a gentleman that seems to be kind and polite will be happy to transfer me to her store. All of this takes precious time. Of course, I mentioned this to Kaylee. It is amazing how she can solve all things AT&T! One time I was talking to someone in AT&T land because I had a new phone, but my friends had to use smoke signals to communicate with me because this new phone could do everything except make calls, receive calls, take voicemail messages receive texts, or even send texts. That was kind of what I wanted the phone to do. The guy on the phone couldn't understand this. As I was talking to him, I pulled into Kaylee's store and she translated AT&T lingo for me and solved the problem! So, when I couldn't reach her directly and told her about it, she said that was a problem, so she gave me her cell phone number. Now I can call or text when I need her help! How awesome is that?

I have purchased a couple devices from this location. I've been an AT&T customer for over 15 years,…read moreso I am definitely happy with their devices and plans. The employees are very nice and helpful also. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the last two times I was in there, an upset customer came into the store. The manager (both times) brushed off the customer and did not tend to them in a way that I felt was needed. My recommendation for this place would be training on customer issues/solution. I believe this would easily make them a 5 star rating!

Due to a required out-of-state job relocation (which we provided proof of), we requested a refund of our deposit. That request was denied, and we were told the only option was to transfer the deposit to another buyer. While I understand businesses have policies, it's disappointing that there was no flexibility given our situation--especially since no product has been manufactured or delivered. We attempted to resolve this directly but were not offered any reasonable alternative beyond finding our own replacement buyer. I would recommend that anyone considering doing business here carefully review the deposit and cancellation terms before committing. Seems to be shady business practices. You can even brake a rental contract if you are being relocated out of state.
