Yesterday I came onto this store needing to take care of somethings with an At&t account. It's a…read morenice spacious store and I love their hours. They are open until 9pm. Upon 1st waking in there were 2 service reps helping other customers. It would have been nice if upon waking in they acknowledged the customers and said that they would be with us in a min. Instead they just looked and turned to finish with the customers they were currently with. The security guard kindly walked over and told me I could look around, someone would be with me in a moment. Totally not his job but I appreciated it. Once I sat down with someone, the service was great. The reps were knowledgable and informative. The manager Isedro was also very nice. I would come back.

Other locations you're in a queue for an hour just to talk to someone. Kayla was very helpful in ordering my upgrade when I ran into complications online. The employees are rude and do not know how to do their job. Dairius the employee lied that my phone number transport from another carrier was denied, but added phone installments to my account, without giving me the phone. I gave him all the information that was needed to get the job done, but he was so confused the whole time, and kept typing the wrong information. I went to different store the same day, they said my account was already active, but they were not able to provide me with a phone, because Dairius did not delete the installments. On requesting to delete the device info, he said that he did do it, and that said that my line was not active, so my request was unreasonable. Also, Dairius was taking a personal call, while asking me the account details. All my personal and financial information was maybe sold to someone. They are very unprofessional.
