Total Scam - Stay Away!…read more Verizon's advertising is completely misleading. They make the deal sound amazing when you talk to a rep - saying things like you'll get a free phone or just pay $2/month after trading in your old phone. They promised I'd get full credit for my trade-in and barely pay anything. Sounds great, right? WRONG. Once I signed up, they forced me to switch to a more expensive plan, locked the phone for 3 years, and charged me double what they said. The credit for the trade-in is not applied the way they promised, and I'm now stuck paying way more every month. What they say verbally and what's in the contract are completely different. This is dishonest and deceptive. I feel tricked and regret switching to Verizon. Don't fall for it!

I'm going to phone it in this time I'm afraid…read more We've been on the lookout for a new phone service, for good reason to because things haven't been going so well with Verizon, especially the cost. Cricket and Metro are possible and cheap, and then T Mobile and Sprint are the main ones in consideration now. This store are friendly, accessories are normally priced and they'll offer them in deals, we like it, especially the service element. Still not enough money off our Verizon bill to make us sign the deal though.

They sold me a stolen phone and refused to take it back after a week of dealing with AT&T customer service trying to explain my phone wasn't stolen. One of the workers here, Steph, is particularly unhelpful and will refuse to assist unless a manager is present, and managers at this location do not keep consistent hours. I would highly recommend going to a corporate AT&T store over this one. Do not come here.

BEWARE, SCAMMERS, STAY WAY of this store, I left my phone here to replace the back of my IPhone 13…read morePro Max and I was thinking that being part of assurant and it was a reputable company I didn't going to have any problems. When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS
