So it's come to my ATT-ention that we need a new phone service - one that doesn't rip us off on a daily basis, preferably. We've been considering switching over to AT&T for a long time, and there are various reasons why it hasn't happened yet, but they are definitely one of the options that is close to the top of the list. I'm not really sure what's going to happen with it, but we're giving it our best effort to try to save some money, so stay tuned and I'll let you know what happens. I came to this store today at around 12:14 PM for a Next Up upgrade. An employee was helping me when, in the middle of the process, my eligibility suddenly disappeared. I later found out -- from AT&T customer service -- that my Next Up feature had been removed from my account at 12:43 PM while I was in the store. The employee assisting me admitted it wasn't intentional, but we have now spent over an hour and a half trying to get it fixed with no resolution. I've been bounced between phone support and in-store help, and I still can't complete my upgrade. This store is terrible, the staff is not knowledgeable or communicative on the phones, the printer needs a new ink cartridge.... Can't read printed receipts. James. We bought and traded in 3 IPhone 10's for iPhone 16's. High level info only on the new phone. Did not fully explain the cost implications. Upgrades are not free and even with a trade in still costs a bundle. I came back a second time to do a trade in and the people could not erase my data on the phone. Advised me to take it to the Apple Store. 3 hrs later I traded in my clean phone and got an unreadable printed receipt. We'll finish this contract out but perhaps it's time to change carriers. Whoever the tall black guy with mid hair is super rude and unapproachable. First time and last time dealing with him! Was rude with the other customer & didn't seem like he wanted to help. Then we came along for a simple request and instead of breaking down the charges he just said your promotion was taken off we can't help sorry call customer service. Was sold on a promotion that was a lie, Ramiro was really great selling us the phones and plans with the promise that if anything was wrong he would call whoever he had to correct it. Well ATT is CHARGING me 1200 bucks that wasn't part of the agreement and ramiro is nowhere to be found... And Malesh vesil telling me that there's nothing they can charge me for a whole iPhone and can't do anything to return my money. I have other bills to pay besides ATT. I hate being told there's no resolution to my issues, the level of incompetence at this store grinds my gears. Being told ima be charged one thing and seeing a different bill drives me up the wall!! If I could give this entire store 0 stars for customer service, professionalism and over doing their job I would. Giving them one star is absolutely to generous. This is the worst service I have had with AT&T has a whole and have been a customer for years. The managers here have absolutely know idea what they are doing, they lie to cover up their mistakes and they have the complete audacity to sit it your face and tell you a lie they pulled from out of the sky. If I were you I never give my business, my time or energy to any individual inside of this location. I would never do business at this location again. There is a woman sales rep names Mariam who has the personality of a wet mop and absolutely no customer service skills at all. If she hates her job and people so much I would pick another line of work. I went in to upgrade my phone and she was so unhelpful and condescending it was ridiculous. She acted like it was a bother to even try to answer my questions or help me. I'll get my phone online where I will have no one to blame but myself for poor customer service. Absolutely ridiculous . No customer service help. Walked in this afternoon to transfer lines to a new account and upgrade our phones and the guy immediately shut us down and said he couldn't help us. Looks like now instead of a new account we'll be switching providers. AT&T- your store representatives are literally losing you money. They couldn't help 2 paying customers today that would have spent money on two brand new phones. Why have a store for customers if your employees are absolutely no help and cause customers to switch to providers completely due to their customer service. read more

This was the worst location ever! Not helpful. Customer service was terrible. I was trying to get my son a new phone for his birthday and they did not make it a pleasant process. The moment I walked in the store I was not greeted I waited for 5min with nobody greeting me or asking if I needed help. It was an awful experience. Very awkward feeling. read more

Avoid this store like the plague! Dishonest employees sign you up for extra services that you didn't agree to just because they get bonuses on each one they tack on. Management lacks service skills and accountability for their team. There's too many places to get your AT&T needs fulfilled without stepping in here. Great experience here when I upgraded phones this past week. Patrick was knowledgeable, helpful, and just plain fun to chat with. I managed to get in when it wasn't too busy, so I was in and out in about 45 minutes. As other customers came in, the staff greeted them courteously. I was a disappointed that I couldn't hold the phones in my hands, but I'm very pleased with my purchase and especially pleased with the customer service. Ask for Patrick. read more

Switch to AT&T / Direct TV and was informed I would be give a $100.00 reward card which was never sent because AT&T did not submit paperwork to the reward dept. If I would have been made aware that there was only a 120 day window I would have follow up with this company. I made several phone calls to no avail.
