Other locations you're in a queue for an hour just to talk to someone. Kayla was very helpful in ordering my upgrade when I ran into complications online. She also helped me choose the right plans for each of my five lines. She was patient and answered all my questions knowledgeably without unnecessary upsell. Parking is mostly available. The employees are rude and do not know how to do their job. Dairius the employee lied that my phone number transport from another carrier was denied, but added phone installments to my account, without giving me the phone. I gave him all the information that was needed to get the job done, but he was so confused the whole time, and kept typing the wrong information. I went to different store the same day, they said my account was already active, but they were not able to provide me with a phone, because Dairius did not delete the installments. On requesting to delete the device info, he said that he did do it, and that said that my line was not active, so my request was unreasonable. Also, Dairius was taking a personal call, while asking me the account details. All my personal and financial information was maybe sold to someone. They are very unprofessional.
