Two weeks ago while using my iPhone I saw a white line form across the center of my screen and the bottom half of the screen was flashing white while the top of the screen turned dark black. I attempted to contact the iFixandRepair store where I had the work done only to find the store closed. I searched in my area for iFixandRepair stores and found one in Allentown, Pa, near where I was doing work for my company. When I brought my iPhone in to have the screen replaced, the man at the counter took the case off my phone, threw it on the counter and did the same with my iPhone, and told me he would not honor the iFixandRepair warranty. His excuse was that he was a franchise and had no obligation to work on my phone. So I was a bit frustrated and contacted other iFixandRepair stores who pretty much told me the same thing, So if you need to have your phone repaired, I would suggest you go somewhere other than an iFixandRepair store!

I think all phones being called new are refurbished or at the very least programmed not to work after awhile but I'm probably wrong about that. Only to leave this place totally screwed... I've been with Verizon for 6.5 years, I have NEVER been f*cked so badly. I went in to trade in all 3 phones on my account for iPhone 16s (Verizon promo). Robert was nice enough but very quiet throughout the entire process. I was confused a lot because of the lack of explaining most of everything. Lots of mumbling and spending time doing things on the iPad without telling me what's going on ‍. Ok whatever. I don't need to perfect. I leave the store as he ordered my 3 iPhone 16s to be delivered to the store. Come back to pick them up. Left the store pretty confused on how to ship my old phones on. Robert told me to ship my old phones and old internet box (as he also upgraded my box) using UPS. "I just take them in? I don't need anything?" "Nope. You just take it in. They'll know what to do." Well. They in fact did NOT know what to do. I was supposed to get a QR code or shipping label from Verizon at the time I was there I guess but didn't. I called Verizon customer care and they sent me one. Fast forward to turning in my old phones. Can't do that at UPS either apparently- message Robert and he tells me to just bring them in. Ok great... not what I was originally told but whatever. Robert isn't there when I go to return my phones and the employee who is helping me states that he doesn't know why- BUT he can't accept one of the phones. He tells me to get ahold of Robert. Wtf. Ok......? So I reach out to Robert twice letting him know first that I'm having this issue and please look into it. Follow up a few days later, no response. I decided not to go into the store because 1) why can no one help me besides Robert? 2) by this point I have gone to the store 3 times, gone to UPS 3 times, and had to call Verizon customer care for help 3 freaking times over this issue. So I'm hot. I've NEVER has an ongoing issue like this before that cannot be resolved and no one knows why except MAYBE the original person who started the trade in but after wasting literal hours traveling to UPS, Verizon, and being on the phone I know I'm gonna pop off. so I'd rather now ruin Roberts day and be that rude customer everyone hates. I call Verizon for help AGAIN (4th time) and 4 weeks later the issue is finally..... resolved.... No follow up from Robert. I'm going to assume this guy quit or has extenuating family circumstances going on for the last few weeks and that's why he could not follow up and was never in the store when I went. Not because he just doesn't care. I never explained why I was having to call so much but once the person on the phone did say all of this was basically a mess bc I didn't send in all my phones at the same time like I was supposed to and he asked me why I didn't - I told him the Verizon employee TOLD ME he could not take the phone and to ask Robert about the issue. T-mobile people didn't help. Came to this place which was open on a Sunday morning and the technician (aka magician) turned my phone on quickly. Apparently, Apple updated software (unclear why cause I don't have auto updates off) and with the newer model phones not many people know how to re-set it. 6 stars for customer service, speed, helpfulness, and education! They were forthcoming and helpful but certainly weren't willing to do anything to look at chganging anything for me in terms of my weird and error-prone plan, probably because they're not supposed to. I've come across more useful stores and cheaper ones, but it's all so expensive and they're all similar... and they're in the same plaza as T Mobile, and I like them better than T-Mobile by the way.

I've watched as folks come in and crowd the place, hoping to see this small but extraordinary team and no matter how busy it gets, they never lose their cool; always professional!!! Keano Smith, the authorized sales tech at that Verizon location, is the third technician who has made our visit a pleasure. It seems that any problem we introduced to Keano was solved. His help made us receptive to a painless remuneration transaction even at the end of our visit. We shall indeed be visiting Mr. Keano Smith and look forward to his advice and supportive guidance. In the meantime, we are contemplating upgrading our phones because of Keano's kind attention.
