Ok, did that. They have a self help kiosk inside to pay your Bill, it's towards the back of the store. I did have some questions and found the staff to be very helpful. The parking app wouldn't stop generating messages and I couldn't exactly figure it out, as the messages were not matching the current parking situation. Was confusing somewhat. I went back inside the store and Dj , as well as another young lady were very helpful. They gave me a Code to enter and she said it was a systematic parking app, not to get too concerned. So do not forget , you should ask the retail staff for the code before you leave so you don't need to get frustrated with that parking app. I think they had a lot of new items in the store. Samsung mobile phones have a new product, worth checking out. Looks cool. I do think the Internet service they provide is a reasonable cost and I appreciate the value for the money. The Technician left his number I call, and test him the next day notifying him of his promises to come finish the job completely still has never responded or called me back concerning. The store is dominant by very young half or non- Fluent speaking people at the most out of 5 of which they come across as very racist and hot headed, quick tempered to hurry up we don't want you or your kind here in our store demeanors. After 5 visits I ask to speak to a Store or facility operation Manager, Before signing up I met one his name was Alexander he walked around with a Laptop stuck underneath his arm. nice smile but I never saw him helping anyone, Also after I signed up but never stays long enough to open it up and step in sit down and actually help you with what's really most important to you, They claimed to be able to get everything installed much quicker than because that showed me all of their displayed items, and we have everything right thee in our store. But that was not the truth, I found out quickly after I receive their big fat bill right before anyone came or I had any computer types of products or the ATT deliveryman showed up. So I had to wait over a week to actually hear from someone, a week and 1/2 no service. While our monthly bill creeps up in price, the service interruptions continue. When I Called AT&T's help line I could not speak to a human being but got shuffled between repetitive options offering no answers. We will looking at XFINITY in the near future. Glen Ellyn Mike
